Waterfront vacation rentals in Little Rock

Have been a repeat guest while working on a long term project. I can say Hamilton is a very responsive host and easy to connect with. His focus is on making sure your stay is stress-free & comfortable. He will go out of his way to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. The entire unit is a remodeled apartment that is super clean, with modern furniture, comfortable, with sufficient parking. I highly recommended!

Enjoyed our stay at Kim’s place. Right on the water, very peaceful and tranquil. Close to golf and the Balboa beach and marina. Would definitely stay again.

I loved the open space of the living area. There was an issue with the shower in the small bath room. We couldn't get it to work. But overall I would stay again!

Roxanne’s place was a perfect getaway from the hustle.

I stayed here for a couple of weeks for work. The place is as described, very clean and furniture seems brand new, and the kitchen is well supplied for longer stays. A/C works well, which is very useful since temperatures hit over 100 degrees daily. Very easy access to shops and the highway since it's a 5-10 minutes drive to west Little Rock. Overall a good place to stay!

The stay was perfect and the details of the pictures matched the apt I was a lil bit nervous abt the parking and the short walking distance to the apt because of the different city think it could use more security lights.. But overall it was nice quiet area and nice shopping and food places in close proximity!!!! Thanks Heather!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautifully decorated and has a homey feel. It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the lake view from the house and sitting by the water in the evenings. Karen was friendly and responsive. Will definitely book again!

We have stayed in a lot of rentals, but this was one of the best! The location was quiet and beautiful. Everything you needed for a great stay was at hand. We used the grill and cooked in almost every night. We even had a couple of fires in the fire pit. The bathrooms had sample size personal hygiene items in case you forgot any. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedrooms were spaced so that people had their own privacy. There was plenty of space to play frisbee in the backyard and, that we didn’t end up using them, there were even yard games available to play. All of the kitchen appliances were very new and high-tech. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay for the week while we were there.

The house was very nice and in a quiet neighborhood. The accommodations were perfect for what we needed and the covered back porch was a treat!

Where do I begin!!!?? Well, This trip was special for many reasons but the main being the loss of our Nana & celebrating her 71st birthday together as a family as we recently lost our Nana back in August. Vikki & Wade not only hosted us but we had no idea how special this place would be/become to us! All my family LOVED the home, the lake views, the amenities of the home… I mean everything was perfect & I truly believe Nana was smiling down with such joy!! Thank you to Wade & Vikki for having us & please know we’ll be back next year to celebrate again!!! Also, I want to mention how responsive they both were, super important!!! Anything I needed an answer too I was attended too promptly!! 🩷🩷🩷

Perfect place

Fantastic Place! It is very big with plenty of room, plenty of bathrooms, 2 decks, 4 season room and lake access. Wish the weather was nicer. Dan was Great Host! We will be looking to visit again during the summer for even more fun.
