House vacation rentals in Little Italy, San Diego

Vanessa was very communicative & answered any questions right away. The location is PERFECT! A short walk to the beach. The house had so much for our kiddos to do & was fully equipped! Definitely kid friendly. The kitchen had everything you could need! The pool and hot tub were beautiful & clean! The downfall to the hot tub, is you have to turn it on an hour before you use it each time. I believe it’s new so they’re still working out some kinks with the buttons. Vanessa was helpful with this though. There are also apartment complexes that look down into the yard, so not much privacy. I would rate this a 5, but there are a few cons. We had 8 people in our group, 3 being children. Thankfully we were all family so we snuggled in, but I think it’s more like a 6 person house or you are on small cots. You’re kind of on top of each other. The floors are creaky so no sleeping in once someone is awake & the furniture could use some updating. It was torn. Overall the location makes it 5 stars

We had a fantastic time at KC's place! He was very prompt with his responses and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The pool area was spacious, private, and offered a stunning view. We requested the pool to be heated, and it was wonderfully warm—far better than other Airbnb experiences we've had. The house itself was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. We also felt very safe in the area. We would absolutely love to return to KC's house and highly recommend it

House was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out went smoothly. Communication was great with the owner. Perfectly accommodated our family and location was great. We loved that Better Buzz was within walking distance for a coffee! Grocery store and restaurants also close by. Would highly recommend this rental!

We will definitely be booking to Tooraj’s place whenever we are in San Diego. The place is beautiful and has had super cool decor/esthetic. You can tell that time was taken to make it comfortable and interesting. It really felt like we were escaping to a unique place. The pool and hot tub were great! The pool was warm and private. More towels than we could use, which may not seem like a big deal, but I’ve been in Airbnb’s that don’t give enough towels. Plenty of kitchen appliances and walkable to groceries stores, restaurants, shopping, etc. Tooraj was very responsive and gave detailed instructions. Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay there. It was a great, clean space! Our only minor complaint is that there weren't spare sheets/pillows and there was only 1 roll of paper towels when we arrived at the Airbnb. Otherwise an amazing time! Lacee was also quick to reply to any questions and provided clear instructions for check-in/check-out

Another Perfect Stay! This was our second time staying at this Airbnb, and it was just as amazing as the first! The place is always spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches make it feel like a home away from home. This home offered a solution to a lot of items we were looking to check off: - friendly & responsive host - large enclosed back yard with awesome pool and hot tub - we lucked out with the outdoor kitchen! - beautiful home with lots of rooms - close to a lot of places we were visiting - quiet neighborhood We had such a lovely time! Very quiet secure spot in gated area. Short uber rides to either San Diego or the airport. Loved the readily accessible parking inside the gated area. Very hospitable host.

The location is perfect! The ability to walk to the beach in the morning and walk to restaurant's and bars at night was so convenient and cool. The cottage was super cute. It was stocked with everything you need. The beds were also comfortable. It was perfect for our stay in Ocean Beach. The host had great communication He sent detailed information and made himself available if needed. Overall, we had a great experience staying at this property.

Great place to stay in the heart of Gaslamp. Plenty of beds for a group of 10. Everything was a 10-15 minute walk. Host was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend staying here!!

Me and my family had a great stay at Andrew’s apartment! The large patio is a huge plus. If you like peace and quite at night it really and mean really is quite after 10pm, near where the apartment is. And location is on spot as well, you have 2 beaches in either side of you in a walking distance, one is on the bay and the is facing the ocean. I would recommend anyone to stay at Andrew’s place!

Charming little Cottage in a perfect, downtown La Jolla location. Walk to anything. La Jolla Cove and beaches. Grocery store and restaurants all in walking distance.

Wonderful spacious house for a family vacation. The location was convenient to attractions and we enjoyed the backyard, soaking up the California sun.

Great place to stay with my family for a week while celebrating a wedding. Location is very walkable to stores, restaurants and both the bay side and ocean side beaches. The house had plenty of beach chairs, towels and sand toys for our needs. The baby gates at each stairway were a very welcomed feature. A large dining table allowed us plenty of space for eating and later playing cards. The house was clean, well stocked and Michael very responsive. We would definitely stay again if we were back that way!

Location can’t be beat. We enjoyed our stay here. Host even have a playpen and stroller available for us to use if needed for our toddler. Walking distance to the beach and walkable restaurants in the area as well. Great stay and will definitely back!

Laura was so incredibly communicative and helpful. The house was comfortable, a little cozy for our extended family, but the space was laid out very thoughtfully. We appreciated all the little touches, such as the boogie boards, sand toys, pack and play, etc. The kids enjoyed the outdoor space with the outside toys. Highly recommend for a family vacation in the San Diego area!

My favorite part was the play place they have for kids, my daughters had a wonderful time here, so did we, it’s well maintained quiet and beautiful

Erik's place met our needs. The location was just right - walking distance to water front and restaurants, and short drive to ocean beaches and further selection of restaurants. Always felt safe walking in the area with the family. Erik responded quickly to questions. The apartment was clean. We used it as a base for trips to the San Diego zoo and many other places of interest. Would recommend Erik's place.

The neighborhood is good. Fruit trees in the yard were a bonus. Loved the patio space. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Carlos was easy to communicate with.

This place is exactly as described. It is well equipped and has everything you need for a nice relaxing stay. The beds are very comfortable. We loved the location and the apartment had plenty of room for us. It is close to the beach and downtown Ocean Beach. Plus it is only two blocks from the bus line. Jim and Sha-Marie were very quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.
