Area is well worth the visit and this place is right in the heart of hillcrest! It’s a great deal too, can be expensive to stay somewhere that gets you to downtown, north park, balboa, South Park, little Italy, mission hills all within ten minutes! Travis is extremely responsive and helpful, should you need anything.

Everything in the house was in its perfect place, so much so that I didn't realize there was a refrigerator until the second day (its on the left right aftr the bathroom 🤣). The Dutra is a gem in one of my favorite San Diego Neighborhoods! Yes, it can get a little noisy—city life and all—but there’s a trusty noise machine provided, which says it all. The space is small and best for a solo traveler, but the bed is super comfy and the vibes are just right. Loved starting my mornings on the cute little patio with the provided coffee. There was a small hiccup with the AC, but it was fixed immediately—Stephanie and Nathan were on it. I’ll definitely be back at the Dutra!

I was in town visiting my daughter who is stationed at North Naval Base. The location was a short drive to base and all the local attraction’s. The amenities were great, and the bed was extremely comfortable! I highly recommend, and I will definitely visit again.

This urban space with a great loft had an energetic city vibe. Right in the heart of Little Italy there was plenty to do and lots to see. If you’re up for excellent food, adventure, and some great nightlife, this is the place for you. During the weekends, the area gets very lively and busy so if you’re not comfortable with the hustle and bustle, this may not be the place for you. We absolutely loved it and would not hesitate to visit again! Stephanie and Nathan are absolutely fabulous hosts.

I almost hate to provide a positive review as I am a San Diego Local and would want this available the next time I stay in Little Italy....BUT.... All I can say is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Everything I wanted and needed for my staycation was right within walking distance. The Saturday farmers market that Little Italy is known for is two blocks away, the trolley is one block, which leads you to downtown with ease. We were there for a concert at the Waterfront Park, which again, walking distance from the Airbnb. The description of the place was as stated, it is small, but perfect for two people. I would not hesitate to stay here again, especially when there are events happening downtown.

Great location, comes with parking and a clean loft. Only less than 10 minutes from the San Diego airport and walkable to everything. The host had good communication throughout the stay. But as stated in previous reviews, it is an open loft, so be prepared for lots of natural light and little privacy since it can be seen clearly from the outside. Other than that, all is great.
