The Air B and B is very handy for Belfast City Airport - 10-15 minute walk. The neighbourhood is quite quiet - just occasional flights overhead! The house is quite well-equipped, clean and spacious. Some info about recycling might be helpful - thanks.

Perfect place for our trip of 4 ladies. we had lots of space. The house was spotless and in a lovely quiet road. Shops all walkable for any essential items. There is a bus stop at the end of the road that gets you into the city centre but as there was four of us it sometimes worked out cheaper with a Uber. David was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed and gave recommendations for places. He was also very flexible with our check in and out which helped us out a lot. All of the people we meet were so friendly and helpful. Hopefully we will return again! Great weekend.

We were a group of friends who all wanted their own bed to sleep in and enough space to just relax and pop out locally for. This house fit the bill - it's HUGE, with high ceilings and acres of bedroom space. All the beds were comfortable with high quality linen. The dining room space doesn't really match the huge lounge and bedroom space and it was big for the 4 of us ladies, but if every bed was occupied I'm not sure everyone would fit comfortably around the dining table for meals perhaps. The heating wasn't on when we arrived so it took a while for the house to heat up, although I hadn't advised what time we would arrive. A few of the radiators needed some attention as they didn't heat fully so I messaged Martin and he got a handyman round the next day to bleed the radiators - very impressive especially considering it was Saturday! After that the house was completely toasty. Tesco, restaurants and bars are all in the area. Easy on-street parking right outside every time. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Chris’s place in Belfast. The house was very clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. It made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Chris was a fantastic host, offering great recommendations for things to do and places to visit around the city. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center, making it easy to explore Belfast. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient stay in the city!

myself and 4 of my friends stayed here for the weekend and had a great time. Linda could not of been more helpful. The house is in a great location walking distance from everything you need shops, takeaways, pubs etc. Also the house is spotless clean and very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit and can't recommend it enough. Thanks again Linda

Great spot in north Belfast. ample parking for your car, good transport links down into the city. The house itself is warm and homely and has a lovely outside space in the back Really comfy sofa in the living room and nice modern kitchen

Our one-night stay in Belfast was perfect! The house is in a quiet area and was absolutely spotless. Thoughtful touches, like a birthday balloon for our daughter, made it extra special. We appreciated the nice coffee, hot chocolate, milk in the fridge, and snacks for breakfast – all very thoughtful and ideal for our stay. Highly recommend!

Great stay easy access and clean as described plenty of towels and space for 9 of us. Not far from Center plenty of places nearby to drink and eat too. Very reasonable price would stay again 👍

Had a great time staying at Stephen’s place with my family (spouse & 3 kids). It was ideal for us as a base to explore Belfast: we walked to the Titanic museum and Science museum, and there are great restaurants nearby (Villa Italia was good for families). We had one small plumbing issue during our stay but Stephen quickly sorted this (even though he homestead on holiday the time). Overall, highly recommended as a base to explore Belfast!

We had a great stay at the Townhouse. It’s just off to the north west of the city centre, but it’s not too bad a walk in and the area is quiet. The house itself was clean, comfortable and cosy. The beds are so comfy; so nice to find a good mattress to sink into and made the stairs worth it! The kitchen had everything you need and the little welcome pack of wine, crisps and biscuits kept us going until we headed to the Spar (two- minute walk). Kate was a great host and kept us to day as to when we could check in. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

Great place and such a great location on the Falls Road! Walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. Stephen was a great host too, gave us all the info we needed without even needing to ask. We’ll definitely be visiting again! Thanks so much ☺️

Frances is a really friendly and responsive host and made us really feel at home. She provided a cot, high chair and bedding as we were travelling with our baby and toddler. The house felt homely and had everything you will need. The house is located on a busy road but it wasn’t really noticeable. It was easy to get from the airport by taxi and into town either by taxi or by bus. The G1 glider bus is a short walk away and take you to the city centre or towards Stormont. There is a Tesco Express a few minutes walk away and some great tap bars just down the hill.

Accommodation was in excellent condition and everything was as described. The host left us tea and coffee and even a full carton of milk to help us settle in. Even though the weather was very cold, the heating system kept the house nice and warm.

Great location, great host and great accommodation. Wanted for nothing. Extremely clean. Bed linen and towels so fresh. Lots of extras provided, like bathroom products, milk in fridge and my favourite treat when visiting Ireland.. Wheaten bread.. Absolutely would stay here again..

We really enjoyed staying at Thomas's place. Perfect for 5 of us for the week, close to buses, and restaurants. We had an issue with the shower but he discounted our rate and responded extremely quick to the issue. We would love to come back again, beds were comfortable and bedrooms well set up.

Thanks to Michael and Co hosts . The place was exactly what we needed.The place was well equipped and clean . We had an issue with the key and it was sorted out very quickly and efficiently. Very central for Belfast and we would highly recommend the place .

This really was an ideal place to stay for our night at the Kingspan watching the rugby. Shame the result didn’t go our way.

Great townhouse, very comfortable, warm with good facilities, easy private parking. Excellent location in the centre of Saintfield with everything in walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

We were very pleased with our stay! Jonathan was highly responsive and provided clear instructions. The house was clean and well-suited for a couple of nights. There were only two minor downsides: the hot/cold tap in the shower was broken, making it difficult to adjust the temperature, and the location was a bit farther from the city center than expected, about a 35-minute walk or a short bus ride. Overall, it was an excellent stay at a very reasonable price.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David’s and would highly recommend. The house was super clean, comfortable and a real home from home. The location is spot on, set on a quiet residential street, but with a great selection of restaurants and bars on the doorstep and the glider stop for the 10 minute ride into the city centre is a stone’s throw away too. Finding the property and check in was hassle free and communication with David was great throughout. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
