The Air B and B is very handy for Belfast City Airport - 10-15 minute walk. The neighbourhood is quite quiet - just occasional flights overhead! The house is quite well-equipped, clean and spacious. Some info about recycling might be helpful - thanks.

Perfect place for our trip of 4 ladies. we had lots of space. The house was spotless and in a lovely quiet road. Shops all walkable for any essential items. There is a bus stop at the end of the road that gets you into the city centre but as there was four of us it sometimes worked out cheaper with a Uber. David was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed and gave recommendations for places. He was also very flexible with our check in and out which helped us out a lot. All of the people we meet were so friendly and helpful. Hopefully we will return again! Great weekend.

Martin has a great spacious house, in terms of the bedrooms and the communal space. It’s located close to the centre - we walked in once or twice. Would stay again!

Chris was a fantastic host. He met us on arrival and was full of helpful advice on the area and what to expect in Belfast. Chris went out of his way to have fresh milk in the fridge for a well awaited cup of tea when we arrived. The accommodation was exactly what we expected and it was just a short walk to the city and many places to eat and drink. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Belfast.

Great spot in north Belfast. ample parking for your car, good transport links down into the city. The house itself is warm and homely and has a lovely outside space in the back Really comfy sofa in the living room and nice modern kitchen

Our one-night stay in Belfast was perfect! The house is in a quiet area and was absolutely spotless. Thoughtful touches, like a birthday balloon for our daughter, made it extra special. We appreciated the nice coffee, hot chocolate, milk in the fridge, and snacks for breakfast – all very thoughtful and ideal for our stay. Highly recommend!

Lovely Victorian space with lots of room! The six of us had plenty of space, and we enjoyed the vintage feel with modern amenities. Walkable to things to do close by. Loved our stay!

Had a great time staying at Stephen’s place with my family (spouse & 3 kids). It was ideal for us as a base to explore Belfast: we walked to the Titanic museum and Science museum, and there are great restaurants nearby (Villa Italia was good for families). We had one small plumbing issue during our stay but Stephen quickly sorted this (even though he homestead on holiday the time). Overall, highly recommended as a base to explore Belfast!

We had a great stay at the Townhouse. It’s just off to the north west of the city centre, but it’s not too bad a walk in and the area is quiet. The house itself was clean, comfortable and cosy. The beds are so comfy; so nice to find a good mattress to sink into and made the stairs worth it! The kitchen had everything you need and the little welcome pack of wine, crisps and biscuits kept us going until we headed to the Spar (two- minute walk). Kate was a great host and kept us to day as to when we could check in. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

Great place and such a great location on the Falls Road! Walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. Stephen was a great host too, gave us all the info we needed without even needing to ask. We’ll definitely be visiting again! Thanks so much ☺️

Frances is a really friendly and responsive host and made us really feel at home. She provided a cot, high chair and bedding as we were travelling with our baby and toddler. The house felt homely and had everything you will need. The house is located on a busy road but it wasn’t really noticeable. It was easy to get from the airport by taxi and into town either by taxi or by bus. The G1 glider bus is a short walk away and take you to the city centre or towards Stormont. There is a Tesco Express a few minutes walk away and some great tap bars just down the hill.

Michelle was very friendly and responsive. The house was really lovely and cosy. It was very private and quiet but still really handy to the city centre with cafes/restaurants nearby. Parking was also always available on the street outside.

Matt's place is a very pleasant place to stay: attractively decorated and comfortably furnished, with modern conveniences for family needs, it also is easily accessible to the city centre, places to eat, and shopping areas. We found it to be a great base for our visit to Northern Ireland.

Our 2nd stay. Great location very comfy house. Very convenient for local shops and coffee places. Our favourite place to stay in Belfast and we visit family a lot.

This really was an ideal place to stay for our night at the Kingspan watching the rugby. Shame the result didn’t go our way.

Very cute house and super friendly landlord! Although the house may need a little bit maintenance, overall it’s great. It’s very quiet and close to lovely restaurants and a huge park.

We were very pleased with our stay! Jonathan was highly responsive and provided clear instructions. The house was clean and well-suited for a couple of nights. There were only two minor downsides: the hot/cold tap in the shower was broken, making it difficult to adjust the temperature, and the location was a bit farther from the city center than expected, about a 35-minute walk or a short bus ride. Overall, it was an excellent stay at a very reasonable price.

David was very friendly and receptive. The property is exactly as in the photos. The area is also quite good as it’s close to the city centre. My friends and I had a good time here 😊

Really lovely 3 bedroom terrace house, clean and spacious throughout. Paul was kind enough to grant us some requests, and we appreciate him for that. Can't recommend this place more highly.

Stayed at Ben’s place for 8 days I had working in Belfast. I picked it partially because I know the area and like it - city is walkable from there and it’s close to the Botanic gardens end which has good cafes, QFT cinema (best in town) a great bookshop etc.. it was as described/pictured, exactly what I wanted and great value. Loads of space even for a bigger group and was very cosy during a cold spell. I’d def return.

First off Ronan has a charming welcome basket with the BEST bread I have ever had. We ate it every morning with Irish butter he provided and it was beyond kind of him to do so. The space was FLAWLESS. So clean and each room cozy as can be. Was wonderful to come home and be able to have plenty of space for us to spread out. I recommend Ronan's space to anyone who is looking for a perfect weekend in Belfast.
