The Air B and B is very handy for Belfast City Airport - 10-15 minute walk. The neighbourhood is quite quiet - just occasional flights overhead! The house is quite well-equipped, clean and spacious. Some info about recycling might be helpful - thanks.

Perfect place for our trip of 4 ladies. we had lots of space. The house was spotless and in a lovely quiet road. Shops all walkable for any essential items. There is a bus stop at the end of the road that gets you into the city centre but as there was four of us it sometimes worked out cheaper with a Uber. David was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed and gave recommendations for places. He was also very flexible with our check in and out which helped us out a lot. All of the people we meet were so friendly and helpful. Hopefully we will return again! Great weekend.

The house is really large so a good space for a large group- for us this was a family group. We enjoyed being able to walk to the botanic gardens and Ulster museum. We also walked back from central Belfast too but could also pick up the tourist hop on/hop off bus quite close. There were plenty of conveniences nearby for picking up groceries or getting takeaway food.

Chris was very responsive and made us feel very welcome. He recommended great restaurants and important places to do! The place was great, great location, bedding was very comfortable. And Chris available all the time, he cared a lot about us. I would recommend for a stay in Belfast!

Great spot in north Belfast. ample parking for your car, good transport links down into the city. The house itself is warm and homely and has a lovely outside space in the back Really comfy sofa in the living room and nice modern kitchen

As this is the third, and hopefully not the last time, I stay at 164 Madrid. I could not feel any more at home, being in the gorgeous home, knowing the walking distances and times to all the main attractions and places of necessity. I enjoy the great neighborhood, and the people who live there, could not be friendlier. Julie-Ann is an absolute pleasure to deal with and I not recommend to others to stay here but I would encourage them book now to avoid disappointment. A piece of paradise in a very historical place. Thank you Julie-Ann, I look forward to my next stay.

Had a great time staying at Stephen’s place with my family (spouse & 3 kids). It was ideal for us as a base to explore Belfast: we walked to the Titanic museum and Science museum, and there are great restaurants nearby (Villa Italia was good for families). We had one small plumbing issue during our stay but Stephen quickly sorted this (even though he homestead on holiday the time). Overall, highly recommended as a base to explore Belfast!

We had a great stay at the Townhouse. It’s just off to the north west of the city centre, but it’s not too bad a walk in and the area is quiet. The house itself was clean, comfortable and cosy. The beds are so comfy; so nice to find a good mattress to sink into and made the stairs worth it! The kitchen had everything you need and the little welcome pack of wine, crisps and biscuits kept us going until we headed to the Spar (two- minute walk). Kate was a great host and kept us to day as to when we could check in. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

Absolutely fabulous home so spacious and comfortable, immaculately clean and all you need for a comfortable stay is provided by Stephen. You are getting prime location staying here central to every where you would want to go in Belfast,and any queries big or small Stephen is on the ball to respond. I will definitely be back best stay I’ve had in Belfast in the last 20 years.

Frances is a really friendly and responsive host and made us really feel at home. She provided a cot, high chair and bedding as we were travelling with our baby and toddler. The house felt homely and had everything you will need. The house is located on a busy road but it wasn’t really noticeable. It was easy to get from the airport by taxi and into town either by taxi or by bus. The G1 glider bus is a short walk away and take you to the city centre or towards Stormont. There is a Tesco Express a few minutes walk away and some great tap bars just down the hill.

Everything about our stay was perfect, the house was clean and tidy, had all the amenities we needed and on top of that, Michelle really put a lot of extra effort into making the house homely! She was also lovely, very friendly and was there for us if we needed anything. An amazing stay!

Matt's place is a very pleasant place to stay: attractively decorated and comfortably furnished, with modern conveniences for family needs, it also is easily accessible to the city centre, places to eat, and shopping areas. We found it to be a great base for our visit to Northern Ireland.

Our 2nd stay. Great location very comfy house. Very convenient for local shops and coffee places. Our favourite place to stay in Belfast and we visit family a lot.

Beautiful Warm cosy house, Very comfortable beds, House spotless throughout, Close to everything, great parking on site, we will definitely be rebooking when working in the area again.

Stephen and Paul were fantastic hosts. always very responsive with any queries we had and dropped up extra items to the house once arrived. we had a 2 year with us and the stairs were an issue for us but other than this fantastic stay and will be back

Darren is an exemplary host and a good conversationalist. He is extremely friendly and helpful without being intrusive. His home, and the BnB rooms, are very clean and he works hard at keeping them that way. His descriptions are accurate - this is NOT a hotel, but a room in his home and there is some "homey" clutter that I find comfortable. The neighborhood is great, safe, and close to restaurants and public transportation. If you want a clean, safe, and comfortable home as a place to sleep and hang out as a good value, this is a fantastic place. If you are looking for a vacation home with the amenities of a hotel, look at some other more expensive alternatives. Airport noise is present, but not at all a problem and only a few times during the days. It is very quiet and peaceful at night. Unqualified five-star recommendation, but read his descriptions. They are accurate! The kitchen is fully available and working. I cooked many/most of my own meals.

Great place in East Belfast, close to lots of local bars and restaurants and only 5/10 minutes into town…. Really handy to Belfast city airport The house was very modern with 2 spacious bedrooms, lovely furnishings and decor David was on hand if I needed anything, great value would recommend and will stay again when in Belfast

Really lovely 3 bedroom terrace house, clean and spacious throughout. Paul was kind enough to grant us some requests, and we appreciate him for that. Can't recommend this place more highly.

Stayed at Ben’s place for 8 days I had working in Belfast. I picked it partially because I know the area and like it - city is walkable from there and it’s close to the Botanic gardens end which has good cafes, QFT cinema (best in town) a great bookshop etc.. it was as described/pictured, exactly what I wanted and great value. Loads of space even for a bigger group and was very cosy during a cold spell. I’d def return.
