Guesthouse vacation rentals in Lincoln

Perfect little place to stay for visiting my aunty in Mapperly - cosy (especially considering it had snowed when we got there!) and convenient with everything we needed as a base. Owners friendly and welcoming, with tea, coffee, bread, butter and jam available which were just what was needed! Highchair and baby bath provided which was very helpful. Hoping to be back before too long.

What can I say about the Blue Cow? Outstanding! we arrived just before food stopped being served after travelling 3 hours. Not a problem for Julie and Sean who went out of their way to accommodate our orders and even got us from our room when ready! The room was cosy but well appointed and I slept very well, even had a bacon sandwich wrapped up and ready to go for our early departure even before the kitchen opened for breakfast! Food and company was fantastic and we felt right at home from the moment we stepped in. 10/10 would stay again next year!

Denise was very welcoming and met me on the drive as I arrived. Denise also showed me around the property and gave me recommendations of places for food and drink. The room itself was very open and had a large bathroom to match. Outside the property it had a well kept array of flowers and a view of the sunset and sunrise. all round lovely place to stay, secluded from the local town but an easy drive from everything you would want.

we stayed in room 1 it had everything we needed for a short stay. room 1 and room 2 share a bathroom but wasnt any bother for us! hosts were excellent and communicated with us from when we booked all the way up until our stay, giving us recommendations for parking etc check in was super easy and same with check out. hosts always available to contact if you need them (although we didn't need too ) had a great night's sleep overall a great room at a great price and so close to all that lincoln has to offer! we will definitely be back

Great room with 2 very comfortable beds. Had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay in Lincoln. Great location on the waterfront and close to bars and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again when in Lincoln.

Really pleased with our stay. Our host introduced himself shortly after we had checked in. Everything we needed was available, the place was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and in nice quite surroundings. Would certaintly return were we ever in the area in the future.

Just what we needed whilst we visited family . Comfortable bed with nice bedding towels and pillows . Hot water and good bathroom. Will definitely book again .

Luca is an amazing host and showed us round when we arrived. She is quick to respond to any messages and gave recommendations for the area. The place itself is beautifully designed and has anything you could possibly need for your stay. It's lovely and cosy in a quiet peaceful area. Would definitely stay again.

Sarah was great and very friendly. She met us and let us in to the barn which was beautiful and full of character. Living next door to us was really helpful as she was able to pop round and adjust the heating for us. We were only there two nights as visiting the area for a funeral but it was very comfortable and a lovely place to stay. We had a very good Chinese takeaway from the local one in Pinchbeck.

Fab stay at Colleen’s place, so easy for work in Lincoln and a great home from home feel. I will certainly be back!

We had a lovely long weekend at Bahar's place. The location is brilliant - right on the Country Park and a short car ride to the City centre. It is a lovely place to stay with fabulous accommodation. Thank you.

We had a wonderful and comfortable 4-week stay at the Whistle Stop. The place was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed. It was cosy, spotless, and peaceful. A big thank you to Amanda and David for making our stay so enjoyable!

I had a wonderful stay at Victoria's Barn, the property was absolutely stunning and spacious with everything I could possibly have needed. Emma is a delightful host and was available at check in to hand over keys and show me around, to make sure I was settled. The area was quiet but close to Newark and Lincoln with lots to do nearby. I will definitely be looking to stay again, when I'm next in the area.

This place is a gem ❤️. Brilliant location - very peaceful but very near to the bustle of Nottingham centre and v theatres. Accommodation is cool, pristine and extremely well equipt. 10/10 on all fronts and I will definitely be booking again.

Had an absolutely lovely stay. The cottage was incredibly clean and cozy. We had a few lovely nights where we chose to watch tv and not go out at all! The cottage was very well stocked and we felt right at home. Linens were spotless and there was great water pressure and heat. The hosts were very sweet and caring. Could not recommend this cozy place enough.

A beautiful, cosy annexe with its own private garden … if it’s peace and quiet you want then look no further! The hosts - Joan and Malcolm - were truly a pleasure to deal with. From the beginning of the booking process, through to handing of the key back, nothing was too much trouble and everything went seamlessly. The annexe is secure and is equipped with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. It was easy to locate (thanks to the instructions given) and felt like home from the moment I walked into the place. The scones with fresh jam and butter, along with everything needed to make a cup of tea, on arrival, were also a lovely thought. I really couldn’t fault the place. Thanks Joan and Malcolm. I’ll look forward to seeing you again.

Absolutely outstanding property. The attention to detail, cleanliness , welcome basket, standard of decor and linen. So well equipped , lots of information , great WiFi so I could easily work on my laptop. Hot tub was immaculate and well maintained. Lovely chunky dressing gowns and slippers .Welcome basket had high quality products and included dog treats. Location and privacy was perfect. Hosts warm and friendly and have literally thought of everything. With a doubt THE best place I've ever stayed in through Air...amazing !

Bottesford is a perfect place to stay with supermarkets, pubs, and takeaways within a few mins walk and lots of places to visit within easy car journey. The accommodation has been thoughtfully designed with guests in mind, there is everything you will need and more. Hosts are helpful and responsive.

What a great find. I’m up and down the country for weeks at a time and found this place to be perfect for my needs. It’s comfy beds, amazing staff and value for money is exceptional. My new go to place
