Perfect place to stay. Quiet, clean, basic but had everything we needed

What can I say about the Blue Cow? Outstanding! we arrived just before food stopped being served after travelling 3 hours. Not a problem for Julie and Sean who went out of their way to accommodate our orders and even got us from our room when ready! The room was cosy but well appointed and I slept very well, even had a bacon sandwich wrapped up and ready to go for our early departure even before the kitchen opened for breakfast! Food and company was fantastic and we felt right at home from the moment we stepped in. 10/10 would stay again next year!

Denise was very welcoming and met me on the drive as I arrived. Denise also showed me around the property and gave me recommendations of places for food and drink. The room itself was very open and had a large bathroom to match. Outside the property it had a well kept array of flowers and a view of the sunset and sunrise. all round lovely place to stay, secluded from the local town but an easy drive from everything you would want.

We had a great stay at this little lodge. It was beautifully clean and very comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable, with beautiful bedding and towels. Perfect place for much needed relax and chill out. It was so quiet too!! Great bonus was having air conditioning upstairs and down! Angela was an excellent host, very welcoming and thoughtful, a lovely little gift when we arrived. I think I can say it was perfect!!

we stayed in room 1 it had everything we needed for a short stay. room 1 and room 2 share a bathroom but wasnt any bother for us! hosts were excellent and communicated with us from when we booked all the way up until our stay, giving us recommendations for parking etc check in was super easy and same with check out. hosts always available to contact if you need them (although we didn't need too ) had a great night's sleep overall a great room at a great price and so close to all that lincoln has to offer! we will definitely be back

Great room with 2 very comfortable beds. Had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay in Lincoln. Great location on the waterfront and close to bars and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again when in Lincoln.

Really pleased with our stay. Our host introduced himself shortly after we had checked in. Everything we needed was available, the place was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and in nice quite surroundings. Would certaintly return were we ever in the area in the future.

Luca is an amazing host and showed us round when we arrived. She is quick to respond to any messages and gave recommendations for the area. The place itself is beautifully designed and has anything you could possibly need for your stay. It's lovely and cosy in a quiet peaceful area. Would definitely stay again.

Sarah and Dave are great hosts. Really friendly and available if needed. They were very kind to leave us delicious wine to enjoy! The house is lovely and equipped with all you need, they even left out a bowl and blanket for our dog if needed. It is quiet so you get a good nights sleep and the beds are really comfortable too! It is walking distance to the local shops and butcher, and only a short drive to the grocery store or local shopping centre. Gorgeous garden to enjoy which is great if you have little ones, our daughter liked it. Great stay and will be back in the future! Highly recommend a stay here!

We had a lovely stay at South view. The caravan was lovely and clean, easy to find. Communication was great with Seweryn, always quick to respond. We had some wine and sweets on arrival. We would love to stay again. Thank you!

Fab stay at Colleen’s place, so easy for work in Lincoln and a great home from home feel. I will certainly be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Dove Cottage, really nice location. Comfortable all round ff road parking was good. We would definitely use it again if we return to the area to visit our friends again. Thanks for a nice break Geoff and Carol

We stayed at Alison’s place over Christmas. What an absolute gem of a place…and what a gem of a host Alison is! The accommodation was spotless. It was very large for a one bed property and had everything you could possibly need. I adored the (fenced off) garden area and so did our dog, Dolly! Alison had gone to the effort of providing little extras, which was very welcome. She was extremely responsive and very friendly. She couldn’t do enough for us. I would go so far as to say she is the best host we have ever encountered. Without doubt, we will book again.

We had a wonderful and comfortable 4-week stay at the Whistle Stop. The place was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed. It was cosy, spotless, and peaceful. A big thank you to Amanda and David for making our stay so enjoyable!

Shahida and her family were so helpful, the visit exceeded our expectations. We are in the area for business on a weekly basis and have rebooked.

Richard’s cottage was absolutely fantastic. I stayed for 3 nights with my wife, 9yr old son and our dog. The photos don’t actually show you how beautiful the cottage and surrounding area is. It was quiet and restful and plenty to explore by car in the Lincolnshire countryside. Local pubs only a short car ride away. Stamford, a beautiful historic town is approximately 20 mins ride away with lots to see and explore. Overall Richard’s place was an amazing last minute find and we were so lucky. The only problem was we didn’t want to leave..!

This is a lovely place to stay. Great location - very quiet and peaceful but also very close to the beaches. There's a lovely little wooded area that was perfect for giving our dog somewhere to sniff morning & night. The caravan was very clean and comfortable. Jules was very friendly and the perfect host. She provided clear instructions to find the place, and was very responsive to my messages. Check-in was easy, even though we ended up arriving later than planned. Jules helped me out when I hadn't brought something, and she and her husband were extremely helpful when I had problems with my car as we were about to leave. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back again for our next beach trip! Many thanks Jules.

What a great find. I’m up and down the country for weeks at a time and found this place to be perfect for my needs. It’s comfy beds, amazing staff and value for money is exceptional. My new go to place
