This is great place to stay with a family. Kids friendly home, though wish it had more toddler toys for smaller kids. Other wise the house was clean. We love clean homes. A short walk to the beach. Great view from master bedroom. Liked how the kitchen was fully equipped. Surprised that the laundry actually had lots of laundry detergent,most homes don't, they leave just a few for a whole week. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks 🙏 Would definitely return back in future.

Great location in the Nye Beach Neighborhood. Plenty of nice restaurants and coffee shops to walk to. This is our second time staying here and enjoy the location. The spacious kitchen also allows for family dinners and we like to take advantage of the outside grill.

3 couples, each had a bedroom and bath on different floors. kitchen spacious so we could all cook together. Everyone was happy! When the others left I had the time for a long soak in the tub. it was a relaxing finale to a nice weekend with my adult children and their partners. a bonus was excellent weather, great for a walk after Thanksgiving dinner, and nightly sunset.

Wonderful beach getaway on a quiet loop just a short few minutes to the 804 trail. Debby's place was clean and cozy with all of the amenities we needed. A great option for your Yachats stay. As others have mentioned, layout is odd but actually added privacy and quiet for kids vs. adults to be in different parts of the house. Old school DVD collection was fun for the kids and crow's nest was a treat.

Riverside retreat with stunning views, historic ch

Beautiful place, we could sit on the balcony all day and watch the river. There is a Otter that comes out from underneath the house that is always a treat to watch. 7am wake up from two delinquent teenage seagulls, one keeps watch while the other one bangs on the kitchen window. When you come out to see what the noise is they both spread their wings and make some kind of gesture at you then fly away. Then as soon as you leave they come back and do it all over again. We found that to be quite humorous, lol.

We had a great stay. Very comfortable accommodations in a very quiet setting. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions. The only irritant was the shower, it is very loud and creaky. It was a bit rainy during our visit, and there were plenty of inside activities provided by the hosts. I would definitely stay here again.

Our second time back and loved our stay so much. The house is cozy, full of character and has everything we need for a family vacation. Love watching the ocean from the windows and getting to the beach and town with quick two minute walks! The house is in the perfect spot to enjoy Newport and the surrounding area, such a gem!
