Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lincoln County

Stayed at the Irwin’s while in LC for family Thanksgiving. The house was great. Clean, comfortable, and so close to the beach! The sleeping loft was great, even had a couple beds to spare! Perfect for our family and great location.

This location is beautiful and clearly the owners have pride in the space. Wally has made it cozy and welcoming. Huge windows look out at the ocean (which is clear from the deck on clear days) and the sound of the waves come through clearly. All together that made it a peaceful place to work and relax. It was a two minute walk across the street to the coastline, and it was quiet without any other traffic on their stretch of beach. Wally has provided crabbing, sandcastle building, and other recreational toys that would be great for families and friends who use the space. Waldport is a cute and friendly space with quick access to Newport, Seal Rock and Yachats (with even more restaurants and amenities). I look forward to visiting again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. This home has everything you need, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds and a cozy fireplace. Very close and easy access to the beach. We turned off all the lights and sat in the dark watching an amazing lightning storm over the ocean. I felt very relaxed and will definitely rent this home again.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was really clean! And the kitchen was well equipped, had every utensil you could think of! We stayed here with kids and they enjoyed the space! Will be returning again!😊

We loved our stay here. We were close to everything yet it felt quiet and peaceful. Our highlight was seeing a fawn that literally came to the front door. The house was very clean and we felt like we were in a home away from home.

Clean and close to the beach. Kids had a great time in the game room and at the arcade in town. That was a nice find for the family. We would stay again.

This is a lovely beach cottage on an easily accessible, quite spot right off the 101. We especially loved the ocean views, a nice fenced area for our two small dogs, comfy bedrooms, and a fantastic hot tub which was a well-used bonus. The kitchen is cozy and had every amenity we needed to create a traditional and memorable Thanksgiving dinner. Brianna was a fantastic host! We've already decided to return during warmer weather next year.

Had a great weekend with family and stayed busy with all the outdoor activities in the area (fishing, crabbing, clamming, playing on the beach, etc.)

Lovely experience, far exceeded my expectations, way more comfortable and peaceful than local hotels. The location is fantastic for beach access, beautiful view from back deck and minutes from decent dining options. The duplex was cute, comfortable, clean and has modern amenities that made the stay easy and hassle free. I will definitely come back and recommend even over my favorite Newport hotels!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was such a quiet, peaceful little apartment. It was close to shops, restaurants, and an accessible beach access point. I loved that it was up high with a view, but we had no neighbors below us. I would definitely stay there again. The only (minor) drawback was that we tried to cook part of our Thanksgiving dinner in the oven, and it didn't seem to get quite hot enough.

Bill and Peggy were quick to respond to any messages sent. The unit was nice and clean and accurately matched the description. I would definitely stay here again.

1,032 / 5,000 Joe was an excellent host. From the first day, he welcomed me and offered to help me with recommendations for the place. I must also thank the very kind receptionist and I loved how she took her time to answer my questions. It was a pleasure to stay at Joe's house. I was looking to relax a little after school and this place was more than perfect. I kept the windows open at all times because the view was priceless. The kitchen is very well-equipped and clean. I loved the bathroom, they left lots of towels. They thought of all the details since in the master bedroom there was bedding for the third bed. I have no complaints. I came with my husband and 4 daughters and everything this place offers was perfect. Very comfortable. I will return to this place. I loved the decoration so much. There is much to do inside the house, from enjoying a drink by the fireplace or on the balcony. The location is perfect. Yes, I hope to return soon because I enjoyed my stay. I will be back!

The Sea Gypsy Apartment complex is an older building with great west coast charm. As a woman travelling on my own I felt safe and well cared for. The apartment is also a little bit "old style" and charming. Spotless clean bathroom, kitchen and bed linen - very appreciated. It's uncomplicated and a great spot for being as close to the Pacific as you can get. For a 4-5 person apartment the pricing is valuable.

This place was lovely! The ocean views are spectacular. It is conveniently located and easy to find. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The condo itself was clean and well organized. Whenever we needed something it was easy to find. As cooks, we enjoyed the kitchen and cookware was better than most rentals we've used. In all, we would definitely stay here again!

Loved the home and stay! Perfect for us and our pet. Very close to the bay to play on the beach or to grab food at Moe’s and grab a coffee at Pioneer Joe’s. Great location and amenities! Felt safe and comfortable. Beds and linens were also great! Every space in the home was so cozy for staying in and watching our favorite movies. You thought of everything to meet your guests needs to relax. Perfect stay! Can’t wait to return. Thank you!

This efficiency condo was immaculate and perfect for our little family. Seriously, one of the cleanest rentals ever. The fireplace warmed the place quickly after watching the sun set into the ocean and walking back up the long staircase. Our small child slept on the old school pull out sofa by the window so she could listen to the ocean and enjoyed the Duplos during the day. Thank you, Liz! We hope to be back.

Good location in Depoe Bay. Very scenic with the ocean right outside your windows. While there is no beach access on site it’s a short drive to Gleneden with nice flat and walkable beaches. Good location with convenient access to Newport Bay and the Lincoln City outlet stores. It’s a short walk to downtown Depoe Bay with lots to do including whale watching. The unit is a nice three bedroom with a fully equipped kitchen and a sizable living room area. Two of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom and a third bathroom is in the hallway for the third bedroom. There are two swimming pools with hot tubs, as well as tennis court and a combination basketball/pickleball sports court. We enjoyed our time and will definitely be back in the future for more visits.

Perfect place to visit with a family as you have everything you need in your room for an easy vacation with kids (kitchen, laundry, more then one bathroom, site has nice walking path and basketball court, and the 3 pools are a huge plus).
