Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lincoln County

Great little getaway nestled in the woods. Although it was attached to the host's house, it was still very private. We had a private front entrance and a private back porch. Our dogs were welcomed and it was easy to let them in and out for their doggy business. We were able to let our dogs run off lead as we walked the trails around the house. Deb asked us about our dietary preferences before she stocked the refrigerator with hard boiled eggs, yogurt and an egg vegi casserole. She had all the making for oatmeal including milk, brown sugar, raisins, etc. Had a coffee maker with creamer in the frig. At the time of this booking, there was no additional cleaning charges or a charge for our animals. So many of the other Airbnb have additional charges and Deb's place was affordable and very comfortable. Although we didn't do any touristy things, Newport and Lincoln City were near by for shopping and dining. We totally recommend this Airbnb.

The location right up against the dunes and a short walk to the beach was great. The house was bigger than the photos show and well stocked. Just seems a little dated and needs some maintenance but overall, we would stay here again

We booked Sam’s place for the weekend with a few of our friends and we really had a wonderful time. The house was very homey and smells very clean. My friends and I talked about it and we would definitely rent this house again next year.

The place was perfect for what we needed for a busy holiday weekend. The house was clean organized provided exactly what we needed for the few days we were staying. Everyone in our family could have their own space and find an activity to do. The neighborhood was private and small, not busy with traffic and not far from anything; which we didn’t mind. Wish the beach was an easier access but it’s only a couple miles down to drive to with easy parking accessibility if walking is too much. Our teenagers didn’t mind! Kristin communicated with us with in good timing & definitely has plenty of details in the listing to provide all accurate information! Check in and check out was super easy. Highly recommend this home for anyone with kids and family. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We had another wonderful visit to Ron's place. It is such a comfortable house, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

What a stay. I couldn’t recommend this place and its hosts any more enthusiastically. I wish I could keep this a secret but it would be unfair not to share with the world. They immediately made us feel like family, but not at all in an imposing way. We were given the freedom for as much or as little interaction as we wanted. The bed was so comfortable and the blankets are so soft. Everything is impeccably cleaned and the feeling is very calm. (Really nice to be backed away from the highway, as opposed to staying in a hotel right on 101.) The room and entire house are really so beautiful. There was a lot of thoughtfulness in the building process. The photos don’t do any of it justice. And the tea selection! Oh my word, the tea selection. Such a delight. All of it. This was at the very top of our list of best airbnb stays ever. Thank you, Linda and Steve! We can’t wait to see you next time!

Honestly, this stay took me right back to the charming bed and breakfasts I went to while visiting Europe. June’s property had that small town charm, tons of history, and all the coziness. The experience was beyond what I had expected based on photos alone. The room was huge, the sitting room cozy and delightful, and breakfast was 😙🤌 AH-mazing. June, you’re an absolute GEM! This Airbnb is a true gem! Linda and Steve were the kindest, most gracious and welcoming hosts we've ever met. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like long-lost friends. They were responsive and attentive, yet never intrusive. We also loved hearing their stories and life experiences! We appreciated the thoughtful touches, including the snacks and drinks they provided. The beautiful Airbnb is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, and was clean, spacious, and tastefully designed. The modern bathroom is spacious with a gorgeous shower. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was perfectly equipped for our needs. We loved the scenic 10-minute walk along the river to the beach and town! The location was ideal—close to all the attractions we wanted to visit, yet quiet at night. We highly recommend this Airbnb and these amazing hosts. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb and can’t wait to return on our next trip to Yachats!
