Super comfortable condo, exactly as described. Marigny is responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend booking this Airbnb. It is close to town and very close to Whaleback Midden an easy and worthwhile walk from the condo.

Well, usually I don't write the reviews my wife does a better job than I, but we were only staying two nights, and we were out and about a lot, only regret is time didn't allow for us to use the offerings / amenities that Emily offers, it all looked so inviting! we will be back, and we will plan our time accordingly to utilize what Emilys place offers. thx again Emily!

Booked this place for our anniversary to get away from the city for a weekend.. we found exactly what we were looking for! The hot tub was wonderful, the house was clean and cute, and we had everything we could have needed! Estelle was very responsive and gave clear instructions for everything. Would recommend this place for a quiet getaway or a small group trip in the summer!

Beautiful home. Plenty of space and beds for our large group. The kitchen and dining area was perfect for everyone to eat and play games together. Great location with so many things to do, not too far away. Looking forward to enjoying this spot again.

The cottage is cozy, peaceful and comfortable place in the country. The hosts live next door and were extremely responsive when we had a question, but were otherwise "invisible". We felt we had total privacy as we were coming and going (and that has not always been the case with other stays). The cottage is a perfect place to explore the mid-coast area and we hope it is available when we return to the area next year follow up on some of activities we didn't have time to get to during this visit. George provided us some great hiking trail recommendations. We really appreciated the limited and reasonable departure requirements.

We would have moved in but the owner might not have liked that. It was so amazingly beautiful and watching the tide go in and out every day was peaceful. The bedrooms were pristine. The kitchen was well appointed, even the knives were sharp. This is a very walkable stay in Boothbay Harbor. The Thistle Restaurant is superb and get the carrot cake !! We will be booking again with a trip with the children and another trip with friends. The theater was lovely but we did not take advantage of it this trip.

We’ve stayed at Kent’s property several times and it is always a wonderful respite from the hustle-bustle of life. Staying in such a beautiful home only minutes away from my son and family is an extra benefit to staying with Kent who also lives very close. There’s really no need for us to look into any other Airbnb. This has it all!

What an amazing spot! My family and I enjoyed mornings on the dock, watching spectacular sunrises and daily sightings of bald eagles. The walk down to the dock was lined nicely with stone steps and once on the dock it was hard to leave. The three kayaks allowed us to explore the coastline and although the shoreline was rocky, we enjoyed a dip in the cool September waters. The house was perfectly decorated and equipped with everything and anything needed. Lisa was great to work with, quick to answer any questions and accommodating with requests. The beds were extremely comfortable and the view of the sunrise each morning, priceless. The location was perfect, within minutes from a venue where we were attending a wedding and a few restaurants, although we hated to leave the house. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home that slept seven of us comfortably. If you're looking for a peaceful spot with stunning views, this place is perfect. We would love to visit again.

We had a long girls weekend at Joe’s Lakehouse, for our 30th year anniversary of Girls Christmas Shopping Weekend. It was the perfect place to gather together to share laughter and play games in between our shopping adventures. There was plenty of space to spread out and relax! Unfortunately the cold temps kept us from enjoying the hot tub but we do love that we had that option. It was located in a great spot right outside of the master bedroom, on a small deck. Cute set up, close to the lake! Hopefully we get to return and can use it then. We felt very comfortable and right at home! Kitchen had everything we needed! Thank you Joe for sharing such a wonderful space!!!

My family and I spent a gorgeous Thanksgiving holiday at this home. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped, and the house was beautiful, spotless, well-maintained, and felt very homey. We also appreciated the clear instructions for using all the household amenities and systems. Wonderful views from the living room, and such a stunning drive into the area where this home is located. We plan on booking again!

We had a fantastic stay at the Farmhouse. It was the perfect fall getaway for our group. The home and brewery were cozy, rustic and ideal for a relaxing weekend with great beer. Dizzy the cat was a major highlight of our stay - he was so friendly and will sleep at the foot of your bed if you let him. Definitely would recommend checking out the Damariscotta area during your stay - the downtown was great for shopping and getting a quick meal before heading back to the privacy of the farmhouse. My wife and our friends are already planning a trip to come back next year - don’t miss this spot!

This was the perfect location for our needs...our meeting place was just two miles away! The neighborhood was amazing, my grandchild LOVED walking to see the cows, and as a bonus, you can see the horses from the upstairs bedroom! The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

This is an amazing property with a very cool house. Check-in was easy, Tyler is a very responsive host, and we were able to find everything we needed and wanted. We especially enjoyed the wood-fired sauna during sunrise, and the fire pit in the evenings.

This is a charming, quintessential Maine cottage. We loved getting to stay here during our family reunion weekend, mere blocks away from other family members who live in town as well as the Marshall Point lighthouse, Monhegan Island ferry, Dip Net, Black Harpoon and Fresh Catch. The house has been tastefully restored and appointed with affection for its rustic, historic character.

We stayed at Jonathan’s place for my bachelorette trip to Maine and it was absolutely perfect for a quiet ladies weekend with beautiful surroundings. The house had nearly everything we needed, and everything we weren’t able to bring or find at the house could easily be purchased at the nearby Fales Store that Jonathan recommended. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked and we had more than enough blankets, towels, etc. to accommodate 11 women. Jonathan’s place provided a halfway point between Portland and Acadia National Park where we spent part of our weekend in peak fall color. It’s also a short 30min drive from Camden Harbor where we chartered a sailboat before coming back to a cozy fire in the wood burning fireplace and a gas firepit in the backyard. The house had plenty of space for all of us to sleep and to socialize. Jonathan was very responsive at check-in and check-out. We felt so welcome - 10/10 would recommend, we had an incredible weekend!

We loved this house and location. We were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. Quinn communicated everything we needed to know and gave excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

What a great place for a couple of college friends to get together! We had a great time being close to downtown, but also having enough space to hang out and relax. Easy check in and check out.
