The property is located in an spectacularly beautiful part of Phippsburg. It’s quiet, secluded, surrounded by stunning views, and yet only a few minutes drive from the Bath and the many attractions Phippsburg offers. The apartment itself is well laid out, spotlessly clean, and unusually well provisioned with a little store of dry and perishable items for our use. It’s worth noting that the apartment is part of the host’s larger property, being a sort of basement apartment. Jing and David greeted us on arrival and bade us farewell on departure and were kind enough to invite us in for a cup of tea one afternoon. They also kept their distance and allowed us the space and privacy to enjoy our stay. We really appreciated all the the thought and care that they both put into hosting. We had a wonderful experince and hope to return.

We had an amazing time at Barbara's property! Everything was as described, the pool table was super fun, the beds were comfortable, the waterfront was great, the dog was so excited for her check-in treat and having the firestick TV was great for evening watching. Although we are from Maine and have been to the Boothbay area before, we fell in love with Edgecomb and Damariscotta. Thank you so you for a great stay!

Placed perfectly in Hallowell and with an absolutely gorgeous view, this airbnb was so nice to stay in. The restaurants in town are amazing and there is a lot else to do with a little drive.

She was very helpful. The condo was amazing! Beautiful views, comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Great location, you can walk to shops and restaurants. We went in the fall, so it was very peaceful.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The loft is airy and sunny, particularly in the morning. It has great views of the river (and in our case fireworks). Restaurants are steps away. Parking is convenient.

This is just one of the most peaceful places to spend time. The view is priceless and the accommodations are perfect! Mary was a great hostess!

Clark’s Cove Farm is a magical place. The grounds, orchard, gardens and shore are beautiful, peaceful and well maintained. Tim was very responsive when we had questions or needed anything. The carriage house was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well furnished. We loved spending time on the deck when we were home. Great spot!!

This inviting location provided a relaxing escape from everyday stresses. And who doesn’t enjoy going to sleep with the sound of crashing waves in the background? The house was immaculate yet comfortable. Jennifer was 100% fabulous to deal with. It was bitterly cold yet we could not resist bundling up and taking long walks on the gorgeous beach. The heated floors were an indulgent luxury!

We had such a good time! Lots of space, kid friendly, well equipped kitchen, beautiful location by the water. Host communication was great. Hope to stay again sometime!

We would have moved in but the owner might not have liked that. It was so amazingly beautiful and watching the tide go in and out every day was peaceful. The bedrooms were pristine. The kitchen was well appointed, even the knives were sharp. This is a very walkable stay in Boothbay Harbor. The Thistle Restaurant is superb and get the carrot cake !! We will be booking again with a trip with the children and another trip with friends. The theater was lovely but we did not take advantage of it this trip.

Our stay at Shrins' was wonderful. we came down to enjoy the NorthPole Express and Gardens a Glow. the house was bigger than the pictures, the beds were very comfortable and warm. I would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely family vacation in Adam's home. Adam's home was very comfortable for our multi-generational family of 10. The rooms are good sizes, plenty of common room space for indoor play, the dining table fit 10 comfortably, the kitchen is large enough for multiple people cooking at once (and well stocked!), and the patio space was large enough for both outdoor hang-outs and for porch meal times. Wifi was strong. The pond & attached river is a gem. All generations enjoyed daily swims, paddle boating, and fishing adventures. Bonus points for no motor boats -- the only sounds we heard throughout the day were from loons, bull frogs, and happy children. Adam was highly responsive to our questions ahead of the vacation. The home was in good condition (clean and neat). The book of things to do was great! The house feels remote but is ~15 min from attractions like Round Pond, Pemaquid Point, and Pemaquid Beach. Our only regret is booking Adam's home for 1 week and not 2.

We’ve stayed at Kent’s property several times and it is always a wonderful respite from the hustle-bustle of life. Staying in such a beautiful home only minutes away from my son and family is an extra benefit to staying with Kent who also lives very close. There’s really no need for us to look into any other Airbnb. This has it all!

We had a long girls weekend at Joe’s Lakehouse, for our 30th year anniversary of Girls Christmas Shopping Weekend. It was the perfect place to gather together to share laughter and play games in between our shopping adventures. There was plenty of space to spread out and relax! Unfortunately the cold temps kept us from enjoying the hot tub but we do love that we had that option. It was located in a great spot right outside of the master bedroom, on a small deck. Cute set up, close to the lake! Hopefully we get to return and can use it then. We felt very comfortable and right at home! Kitchen had everything we needed! Thank you Joe for sharing such a wonderful space!!!

Theresa’s home provided the perfect place for a weekend getaway to midcoast. The setting is beautiful, location is private but convenient, and the home itself is well appointed and perfectly cozy. Will most definitely be rebooking!

Second time staying with one of their properties, and was a no-fuss, convenient stay as before. Definitely would stay again (and plan to!).

The condo was beautifully furnished with lovely water views in a quiet, off the road location. The series of condos are tastefully designed and private. The location was ideal as it was just a short walk to the shops and restaurants of which there are many. I was impressed at how well stocked the kitchen was, the plushness of the towels, the artistic touches in each room, and the comfort of the beds. A truly wonderful stay!
