This house is wonderful for families with kids of all ages. The arcade and hot tub were a huge hit with Grandkids! There is an ocean view from the entire middle floor, so peaceful and relaxing. Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. Just a couple of blocks away are 2 small bakeries and several assorted gift shops, easy to walk to from the house. The home was very clean. It also had many games and children’s books available. Coffee was provided, nice to have that. Jessica was responsive and easy to communicate with :)

We took a girls trip to Pacific City, five of us all together. We really liked the location of the home; it was within walking distance to the beach, and a little longer walk to shops and restaurants (or a very short drive). The home was very clean and well appointed with a well stocked kitchen, and some lovely touches. Beds were comfortable and the excellent zone heating meant we could all sleep at our preferred temperature. Shiara was easy to get in touch with, responsive, and great to work with. We will definitely be back!

What a little gem!! This is such a peaceful quaint bungalow. perfect place to get away from the chaos of the world but still close to good eating and shopping. The backyard was my favorite place, just me and God's creatures! Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing visit with our family of five. The house was immaculate with an amazing setting and view. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Just minutes from Pacific City, beaches and hiking. The kitchen was well stocked - I was able to make a Thanksgiving dinner without needing to buy a single dish or gadget. We loved waking up every morning with our coffee watching the birds over the water. Can't wait to come back!

Very nice home and beautiful/quiet neighborhood. Great set up for 4 adults and 1 infant. We were able to keep baby away from other guests to avoid waking them up which was nice. Has plenty of supplies for cooking which we appreciated. Close to beach access and casino if you enjoy that. Host is super responsive. Thank you!

Rain or shine, we had a great time at Neskowin! The house was immaculate and decorated so cute. Bethany was very responsive in answering questions and helped us with a last minute change. The beds were really comfortable and there were plenty of cozy blankets to read a book while enjoying a cup of coffee. The location was fantastic and we appreciated the quick walk to the gorgeous beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner and then enjoy s’mores by the backyard campfire. Wonderful stay and we would love to come back!

Was a great day for me and the Family Getaway just wish it was a beachfront like it said in the description but that's okay it was still an easy walking distance and the host was great and very responsive and helpful. Left a little notebook in a pen so that way people that stay there can write a note how it went and hopefully it will keep passing on.

We stayed in the Cozy Cottage for a combined birthday and spring break getaway with our 3 kids it was absolutely perfect. The house is clean, clutter free and perfectly stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable and the amenities were exceptional. You can tell the hosts care about the details! The location is so great, easy beach access and in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe to let the kids explore. We will absolutely be back!
