Family-friendly vacation rentals in Lincoln City

We loved The Whale Pod! Great views of the ocean, well-stocked kitchen and overall a comfortable place to be. Also, the walk-in closet was invaluable as an extra "bedroom" for an 11 mo-old in a pack-n-play. The club house pool was also a nice additional activity for kids to do.

The unit is awesome! So close to the ocean and, being the ground unit, super accessible. Really cute and homey on the inside. Hot tub was great! Connie was so nice and accommodating.

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

Miel was great! I made a mistake but, she was very helpful, quick to respond and recommend other accommodation that worked out perfectly! This little cabin was cozy for my boyfriend and I, plus our dog. The hot tub was clean and very warm! I wish we had time to utilize the fire pit. The cabin is sandwiched between two other cabins so you will want to be mindful of the noise. It’s in a cute neighborhood right by the beach, I wish we had one more day here. I recommend this place for small groups of 2-4, you can do 5 or 6 but it will be a little crammed.

Perfect place to visit with a family as you have everything you need in your room for an easy vacation with kids (kitchen, laundry, more then one bathroom, site has nice walking path and basketball court, and the 3 pools are a huge plus). We had a great stay at the Sea Gypsy! The house is very comfortable and we would stay there again. The location is very close to the beach and Cape Kiwanda, we enjoyed exploring Bob Straub State Park, which was less than 5 minutes driving and definitely walkable from the house. The master bedroom was spacious with it's own bathroom and had such wonderfully soft sheets! The kitchen was well-equipped with good-quality pots and pans. Families with kids might want to bring their own plastic plates/ bowls/ cups for kids. Otherwise it was family-friendly and the kids enjoying the games available. Thank you for hosting us!

First thing is the pictures do not do the place justice. it's alot more roomy especially upstairs. plenty of space and bedding. The place was really clean, and very quiet.

WOW....This home is incredible and exactly how it was described. It felt like home the minute we stepped into the house. The house was very spotless, had plenty of blankets/sheets/towels, perfect space for 7 of us and just a few steps away from the beach. We enjoyed making our meals each day and watching the ocean. I highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to vacation in the area. The views of the oceans and the lay out of the house was absolutely perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable along with the pillows (would love to know the brand of the pillows and mattress in the master bedroom) :). We did not want to leave this home and will most definitely come back. Christy was always quick to respond and very friendly. Thank you for sharing your home with us! It definitely provided me and my family with lasting memories.

What an amazing Airbnb! Me and my bridesmaids actually got ready there on the morning of my wedding, and it was such a perfect place to do so! Beautifully decorated and lots of natural light. Close to everything in Pacific City. Just be aware that if you are planning on meeting up with friends at the airbnb, there is only room for 3 cars and no street parking is allowed.

Home was clean and spacious and has everything you need. Unbeatable location: amazing beach, brewery, burritos, surf shop, grocery, all just a few steps away! Enjoyed playing ping pong with a view!

We had such a great stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The house had a great view of the ocean, it was nicely decorated, felt very comfortable, and you could have a dog. Plus Maria was very responsive with an issue we had and had it resolved in minutes. She was extremely polite about it.

We had an amazing stay at the Finders Keepers unit on the 3rd floor! The views of the ocean were absolutely breathtaking and completely unobstructed, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The unit itself was cozy, clean, and had such a welcoming, homey feel. It was clear that every detail had been carefully thought out – from the well-stocked kitchen to the binoculars provided for a closer look at the ocean view. The space was updated and modern, and didn't feel stuffy. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. The pool was a big hit with the kid, and the convenient parking made coming and going a breeze. The location couldn’t be better – it’s close to everything we needed and so easy to get around. We’ll definitely be staying here again in the future! Highly recommend!

This condo was absolutely perfect! The view straight onto the beach was breathtaking taking. The condo was conveniently located to sights and restaurants, and was sized perfectly for 2 of us. Everything was clean and we had all of the kitchen supplies we needed to cook while admiring the beautiful ocean view! Our first trip to Oregon was fantastic staying here, and we hope to be back!

The Unit we stayed in was much nicer than the pictures suggest. More spacious than expected with an awesome ocean view. The complex also has three separate pools each with adjoining hot tubs. One of the pools and hot tubs is fully indoors. There are also multiple indoor recreation spaces. Great for kids.

Have stayed at this place before. Troy and his team are awesome. Instructions for entry are spot on. Please was clean and as described. Ocean view is amazing.

This is a beautiful home, with the most amazing view! It was clean! Master bed was very comfortable, Murphy bed not so comfortable. Troy was great, great communication. Our 10 night stay was perfect for us, we will definitely be back to stay here! Thank you Troy for sharing your beautiful home. The sauna felt amazing btw 🤗
