Beach condo vacation rentals in Lincoln City

This was by far the most beautiful stay I’ve had anywhere. The price was a solid deal for a view right in front of the beach! Everything was pristine clean. Joe’s instructions & communication took care of all questions right off the bat! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to have a brief get away near the coast and it’s surrounding areas!

Great location as you're literally just a staircase away from sinking your toes in the sand. The place has a noticeable smell but you get what you pay for! I loved the feeling of cooking breakfast in the morning while hearing the waves crash in the background and feeling the cool ocean breeze. Until next time!

This place was beautiful with a great view. Hot tub in front of the ocean was perfect.

Location was great and loved overlooking the bay. Space was clean and mostly updated with some odd lighting placement. Thanks for providing basic spice options and tea! Area of improvement: A good sleep is imperative. need to replace the bed in primary room, either too soft or coils are broken as we sunk towards the middle of the mattress.

We had a great stay, everything was fully stocked and clean. Host was very responsive, and the location was right on the beach. Great deal!

My best friend and I rented this for our combined birthday weekend. We had a fabulous time relaxing, reading, and cooking in the home with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The only issue was that the walls were really thin and could hear other units really enjoying the Super Bowl. Besides that we loved everything and we would love to visit again!

We had such a wonderful stay! The condo was so cute, relaxing, well equipped and clean. The ocean view was great! Being able to open the balcony door and listen to the ocean as we relaxed on the couch was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was so comfortable! Check in and out was so easy. Close to great restaurants. We definitely would recommend staying here!

This is a great location to enjoy neskowin. Right next to the hawk creek Cafe which has great food and an amazing view off the deck. And the beach is very close.

We only got to stay for the evening, but it was amazing and would have loved to have more time. Amazing accommodation, well decorated, clean, safe, and quiet. Even had dog beds and bowls!!! Had everything wr needed and was a close walk to the beach. Would def recommend or book again

My family of 6 stayed here a few years ago and it honestly was the most peaceful I’ve felt in a while. So we had to come back for another year during spring break. Although it was rainy most of the days we still got to see beautiful views, listen to the crashing of the waves and got plenty of beach time in. This is a dog friendly place which was great for our pup! Recommended this place to a few friends who have dogs!

Great spot to park the car and enjoy the beach and village on foot for your whole trip. The unit is nicely updated, comfortable, and has all the amenities for a longer stay. We enjoyed the back patio in the afternoons with the breeze blowing over the creek. We were a bit disappointed that there isn't an ocean view, but I think that was our mistake for not reading the description close enough. The condo is right next to the beach access, restaurant, and general store.

The kitchen setup was awesome. The balcony looked over the water. I loved the location. Bed was new and firm. I didn’t use the tv or pool. Highly recommend!

Lovely getaway. Lincoln City is a great location to visit the Oregon Coast. Lisa offers personal recommendations that make your stay even better. The fun motif and attention to detail make the vacation feel truly special and Lisa’s place is as cozy and relaxing as it gets. Everything is easy and well explained. We will definitely stay here again when we get the chance!

We arrived at the Condo later than planned and were surprised when we opened the key box with the code and it was empty. I wasn’t sure what to do, but I found OBV’s phone number and gave them a call. To my surprise and relief, a very nice woman answered the phone and walked me through using the emergency key. She stayed on the phone with me until we were inside the unit. The unit was clean and well-maintained and as advertised. We had a great stay!

It was a wonderful place to be lazy or go for a walk on the beach. The ocean sound and view is soothing. There is plenty of room to entertain and work. The grounds are well kept. It’s an easy walk to a fantastic breakfast spot Otis.

Breathtaking views of the ocean waves pounding against the rocky bluff right outside our living space! Whether you’re outside on the patio or inside by the fireplace, the scenery is dramatic and beautiful! A great place for storm watching, whale watching, and watching the waves roll in! The inside is nicely furnished with comfortable seating, a big kitchen, washer and dryer and everything else you could possible need. The beds are super comfortable and I liked the pillow so much I am shopping for my own. Maybe because it’s off-season, we had the indoor pool and jacuzzi to ourselves, so that was extra fun. It’s a great location, close to the shops and restaurants in Depoe Bay, and situated between Lincoln City and Newport. Close to numerous beaches and trails. We are repeat visitors and will be back. This was exactly the relaxing and peaceful respite we needed!!

Such a great experience. The only down side was slow WiFi but our kids are on it so much at home, it was more a blessing than a curse. Walk to the beach was so nice and the views were incredible!
