Monthly Rentals in Lilydale

The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of room in the closets and dressers. The kitchen had the items you’d need to cook and eat there, with ample counters and cupboards. We appreciated not having to supply all the basic amenities as we had to in our last long term stay. Outlets in the dining room were non functional, so had to use our portable power station. The bathroom ceiling vent didn’t work and even leaked water at one point. Repairman came but didn’t fix during our stay. The listing never stated that this rental is one of three connected. Very minimal noise from next door but every time the basement renter came and went we were aware, as the door shuts very loudly. The basement renter access is right past our door, which was half glass, and easy to look in. Sounds and smells come up through the basement stairs door quite easily. We appreciated being allowed to park in the drive and later the small garage, as street parking is limited. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

A great stay at Dan’s. It was clean and was exactly as pictured, if not slightly bigger. Easy check in and check out. Dan was so helpful and understanding when it came to changing my reservation, couldn’t ask for a better host!

I couldn't say enough to praise this spot. It was so thoughtfully decorated and supplied, the pictures don't do it justice. There was everything you'd need to feel comfortable, in distinct areas, so it felt like several living spaces in one room. A mudroom tray for snowy shoes (and an umbrella stand with a few umbrellas), a desk, a couch with afghans and throw pillows, a great selection of books, two tables for meals, a basket of sundries you might have forgotten ... and all sorts of nice pantry goods for coffee or tea, light meals. And brouchures for locally-acclaimed nearby restaurants and bars. I hope to stay again the next time I visit Saint Paul.

Had a great stay! This place is exactly what is advertised. Large comfy bed. Great shower. Space is private. Would recommend.
