Great place to stay while in Lynchburg!! Very close to Liberty University. Place was very clean! Hosts were very accommodating with everything we needed even had water in a dog bowl for our pup when we walked in. We thought that was so sweet!!! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay and the property was exactly as described and photographed. The bedroom is very dark at night and really helped us sleep well. Also the shower was quite warm and the water pressure was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

This place was just like the photos and very easy to find! We loved the atmosphere of this place and loved how there is a brewery right up the hall! My fiance did not want to leave. We went to the Virginia tech game and it was a great place to stay for it!

Clean, cozy and cute! Loved staying here, everything inside is well thought of, if felt luxurious. Plenty of space, towels and comfort! Erin was super kind, responsive, and helpful. Great location! We walked to all restaurants, area is very safe. We will definitely be coming back here!

We were happy to be able to stay with Susan in Staunton again! Easy stay in a very comfortable and well-appointed garden level apartment.

This was our second stay with Britany. The apartment is very comfortable. Britany was very responsive when we had questions. A sweet spot overall!

This is a brand new complex, great for large family of 8 or less. This is a condominium community, all ground floor private entrances. Open floor plan and space for all. We spent Thanksgiving weekend here, and it was a great space for the family to celebrate together.

It was beautiful and peaceful. The house was clean and spacious and if he had any questions or needed help with something she was very responsive. It was a healing trip for our family and exactly what we needed. We hope we can return next year!

This house looks exactly as pictured; comfortable and clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable, lots of amenities (extra towels/sheets/blankets, snacks and coffee, etc). Great value for a 3 bed/2 bath private family home. We were in town for a wedding so didn’t get to explore local area much. We arrived at night and house was a bit difficult to find due to Apple Maps being incorrect, I let the host know and she responded immediately. Great stay and great value!

Easy to check in and plenty of space for us, our daughter, our dog, and my in laws. We were about 15 minutes away from everything and having a good Mexican/Honduran place within walking distance was great! We'd stay here again.

The hosts were responsive and friendly. The property is clean, with all the mod cons one could need. The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was great for cooking a holiday meal.

We needed a last minute place as our car broke down the day we were heading home. We found this home and it was perfect for our needs! The space was so clean, well kept, and not too far from a main road. The area itself was nice and quiet. Bed in the main room was very comfy. We didn’t utilize the second bedroom but loved the decor. Coffee bar was also nice to have. Would absolutely stay at another place owned by Josiah and Jael when back in Lynchburg.

We loved staying here! The unit is small but decorated very nice and has all amenities you would need for a weekend away. Check in was easy with clear instructions provided the day before. We had no trouble operating the lock box or using the pin pad to enter the building. The unit was also very clean! The bed is so comfortable that we slept great both nights. We appreciated that Leslie left water and snacks available since we had forgotten to pack any in our rush to leave on the day of our trip. The beach and pergola near the water were nice to sit at in the evening. Although the on site restaurant was a bit pricy, the food was totally worth it. It was the best steak we had in a while! This unit met all of our expectations and we would definitely like to stay here again if we take another trip to SML.

Perfect place for a weekend visiting any of the surrounding colleges. We went to a JMU football game and found the location close by to downtown and the campus!

We had a great stay at this beautiful, cozy condo! The views of Smith Mountain Lake were gorgeous, and we spent a lot of time just relaxing and taking it all in. The option to choose between the screened-in and open patios was so nice to have. The condo was very clean, and the area around it is beautiful—perfect for a quiet getaway. Leslie and Craig were responsive and helpful, especially when I needed to come back to grab a few things I left behind after check-out. We also appreciated the private dock box, which had nice camping chairs for sitting by the water and floats for swimming. The condo was cozy, with plenty of blankets to keep things comfortable. We hope to be back again!

Our stay exceeded our expectations! Great communication, amazing location, all the essentials included. Loved the Christmas tree addition and we even got to see the snow! Thoroughly enjoyed our trip!
