Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lexington

We had such a lovely time at the ‘small house’! Jennifer was quick to respond with any questions we had (about the property and the town)! We loved playing yard games and hanging out by the water. The kitchen was stocked with spices and all the things we needed to spend time together cooking. We plan to visit again in the Winter!

Betsy’s house on Smith Mountain Lake is wonderful. From the driveway it looks like a jiggly small cottage. You go inside and wow! What a surprise! 6 bedrooms on two floors, a screened in porch, a deck and wonderful dock and boathouse. We enjoyed ourselves so much here.

My family enjoyed staying here for a fun weekend in Charlottesville. It was a quick, easy drive to Charlottesville and other local attractions. We traveled with our 8 month old baby and our in-laws and everyone felt right at home! The sun room was a perfect spot for family time. The hosts were mindful about having plenty of toiletries and snacks for guests. We definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great stay for a couples get away celebrating several birthdays! The house was clean, comfy beds, and plenty of space to gather and hang with friends. The location was convenient with a quiet, safe neighborhood. Thank you for hosting!

House was great and close to SVU which is where I was visiting my daughter. I had everything I needed for the week available. Quiet location.

This was a great place for our family to stay while we were in town. We are a family of 4 kids so it’s nice when all 6 of us have a bed to sleep in. Katie’s place was very clean and welcoming. She was a great host, very good communication and had some nice recommendations for places to eat. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us and the out door patio was a good retreat for some quiet in the evening. If heading to Lynchburg again, we would definitely stay here again.

Stephen’s place was great for a weekend visit! Absolutely as-advertised. Stephen was an exceptional host, communication was great, no complaints!

Peter was responsive and generous. I was visiting Charlottesville and he offered his own oven for me to make some dishes. His place is clean and was nice and warm during the cold nights. I would stay here again when visiting. Thanks Peter for being a great host.

Staying with Mr Jane was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the apartment was cozy and spotless. The place was well-equipped and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. This is a peaceful downstairs apartment with private entry and beautiful backyard with swimming pool. Mrs Jane was always available to answer our questions. unforgettable experience! We stopped in Staunton while driving home for the holidays with our pups. Christi was very responsive, and all her messages were clear and helpful. This was the perfect place for us at our "halfway" point on the road trip. We could let the pups do their business in the backyard (of course, we cleaned up after them as all pet owners should). And the house felt cozy and warm. The king-size bed was super comfortable, and we had plenty of blankets and everything we needed for a quick night's stay. The town of Staunton has lots of history and good places to eat, so we were happy even just driving around checking things out. Christi and her family live in the house above. We could all hear one another a bit between the wood floors. But we didn't mind at all. It was silent once it was time for bed, and we felt very at home. We'll plan to stay here again on our next road trip back to NY.

Laura’s place was as-described and spotless. The interior and decor are pretty and relaxing. We were out and about most of our stay, so we didn’t spend much time at ‘home’, but it would have been a very comfortable place to hang out or share meals. The beds were very comfortable too!

Had a great stay for a few nights in this condo. Comfortable and clean as a lovely escape while we enjoyed local hikes and breweries. Convenient to the wintergreen market which was helpful for what we may have forgotten or for anything else we wanted. Looooved having the wood burning fireplace too! We’d love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this Wintergreen condo. Location was great and we loved we could bring our dog. The place was very clean and had all necessities we needed. It was very cozy and we felt right at home. Kim was very responsive and friendly to deal with. All the instructions were clear and easy. We would definitely recommend and would come back!

Perfect for dog lovers and lake lovers! I’ve rented various condos at Smith Mountain Lake and several different ones at Stripers Landing, but Shannon’s place is now my new favorite. With a great view, plenty of space and the option to bring the pup - it’s such a treat. Highly recommend.

Kathleen’s condo is wonderful, very clean with tremendous views of Smith Mountain Lake and the mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this for a getaway of relaxation and rest, but also in close proximity to a lot of great activities. Thank you, Kathleen.

Lisa's condo was fabulous! It was decorated beautifully and in a very peaceful location. It was great not having to walk up and down multiple flights of stairs. If you need anything, she is quick to answer. It was the cleanest dog friendly Airbnb that we have ever stayed in!! We have a hypoallergenic dog so I appreciated not being covered in dog hair. We will definitely be staying again in the future! Thank you, Lisa!

Enjoyed my stay! Very peaceful location in the off-season. Katie made check-in and out easy. The condo layout was nice, and it included all the things you would need. The bathroom does include a tub; the tub has slip protection which is not removable. (Noting for those with kids.) Restaurant next door was delicious and easy to walk to. Also, easy to walk to is the clubhouse and beach area. I would stay again, and I don’t say that often.

A great place for a ski weekend with friends! Had all the amenities you would need for anything. Highly recommend this place! Quick 5-10 minute walk to the slopes.
