I needed a quiet location where I could have some assistance when needed and to be able to come and go when I needed to. There was always someone there to help if I needed it and my daughter and I felt we could relax when we needed to do that too.

Perfect for a short break with my mum....we both loved the place and the fact that it was so well situated with loads to do within a short drive. Claire was friendly and always very responsive to any questions. All on a level, which was great for my mum. Lovely decor....we liked the art, especially the album covers on the wall. Beautiful to have the sun flooding the whole place when we returned late afternoon...a bit chilly still in the April eve to fully appreciate the beautiful terrace outside, but we did sit out a little and enjoy the garden. Thoughtful touches such as milk and lovely bathroom/shower products. We have already recommended to someone else and may well be back!

We had a super couple of days staying for the Brighton marathon. Easy travel into Brighton from Hassocks. Beautiful walks around the Jack and Jill Windmills and South Downs Way.

Had a great week staying at Amberfold with Jon and Tanya. The Lodge is a great little place with everything needed to be self sufficient for a classic Airbnb stay. There is plenty of walking from the front door as well as a pub within walking distance. Jon and Tanya were very accommodating hosts, would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay, the little house was clean, cosy and warm, everything you need, we explored the area for walks. We walked to the local pub , The Fox Inn they where very friendly the food was nice. We went to the Parrot at Forest Green for a Sunday Roast which was great. Horsham is near if you fancy a potter around the shops and pick up some bits. Guildford was 30 minutes away also another lovely day there too. Thank you we enjoyed our visit.

Back again. My home away from home when visiting Shalford. The cottage is charming and so serene and quiet. Amanda and Ben and the dogs are all so welcoming.

Excellent. a warm welcome, very well equipped and comfortable accommodation, ideally situated for visiting Surrey and Sussex. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful cabin so quiet and peaceful. Fell in love the minute we walked in the doors best nights sleep we have had in a long while . Breakfast n fruit provided as well as the usual condiments very well stocked cupboard n fridge.we had glorious weather so chairs outside was welcome inside the cabin we are converts of under floor heating. Lots of xtras included only thing I think would be a good idea was a toaster for a quick breakfast. Highly recommend libby n Neil’s stay . Just perfect will definitely return 😍

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely barn. The property was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Chloe was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

Really peaceful place with beautiful views of lake & surrounded by nature Nice local pub & near enough to beaches Nice place to relax read a book or get on the lake to try & catch a Carp or kayak & have fun ! Would go back again Shawn & Sam were very friendly nice people !! Also a bonus they are dog friendly

Absolutely amazing, possibly the nicest host I've ever had. The place was fantastic, placed in a gorgeous location, had everything we could have wanted and close enough to town we could get in and do everything we wanted, we'll be keeping an eye out next time we're staying in the area.

We had the best time at the Little Batchelors - the place was clean, spacious and well kitted out with everything one needs for a weekend (even board games!). Nicky & Matt are fabulous hosts - responsive, friendly and accommodating to our additional requests like later check out time.

We had a fantastic stay here for our wedding anniversary. It is spotless, and Linda has thought of everything that you could need - she was also on hand if we ran out of anything or needed to ask any questions. The hot tub was probably the best we’ve ever stayed in! Our only regret was not staying longer, but we’ll definitely be returning :) Thanks for a wonderful break. Rosie & Dave x

Great stay at Dragons nest, facilities very clean and tidy and surrounding areas beautiful along with nice walks and easy links to surrounding villages and coast. Very nice stay for a small family. Thank you

Susan’s property is beautifully decorated and equipped. We were a family of four and the space was perfect for our short stay. The hot tub is a great size and not overlooked when you’re in it. Susan also made the property available slightly earlier than published which we were able to take advantage of as we were local. We used as a base to explore the local area including two trips to Bewl Water which is a great place in the Spring sunshine.

We had the most wonderful stay with Sonia. The barn is situated in a beautiful area, with walks right on the doorstep. The property itself was spotless, warm and inviting - we instantly felt at home and at ease. Sonia had left us everything and more we could have wished for, even treats for Finn the Cockerpoo! We ate at the Rose and Crown ( recommended as we have a dog), they too were so accommodating and kind - our dog is extremely nervous, but had the time of his life this weekend! Locally lots to see and do - look out for the Spitfire and biplanes who add that touch of wow to the local walks. Great stay, would highly recommend and would love to return at some point.

An excellent property and location. Beautifully laid out and very well equipped with everything needed for a stay. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, but not obtrusive. Very welcoming for pets, although our dog didn't spot any of the promised squirrels, badgers or deer ! Our second visit, and would definitely stay again.

A simple, clean and cute little spot, everything we needed for a night's stay in Firle.

Easy to find, peaceful and just what I needed. Helbecia was very welcoming and even arranged transport for me when I visited the local hospital.

As always, The Pony House was a perfect accommodation for my wife and I. Peaceful, private, and well kept. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

We love The Pavilion! Second time here , this one for an airport overnight. It’s perfect. Super close to Horley station for fast train ride into Gatwick. Comfortable, clean, private and homely 🥰

This is our second stay and I hope not the last. It's a lovely place and so safe and quiet. Deborah & Phil are lovely people too. 5 stars all the way, can't beat that!! :)
