Townhome vacation rentals in Leucadia, Encinitas

Our family of 5 spent Thanksgiving at Lori's Air Bnb. It was fabulous. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking our Thanksgiving meal. The 3 bedrooms were comfortable and all had their own bathroom. The home space was a comfortable place to hang out. What we most enjoyed was the convenience walking to the beach, and OB town area - lots of fun! I would definitely recommend.

Doug was so very helpful. You can message and call him for any help. He was flexible when our flight was delayed in Canada. The communication and his flexibility were so important. His communication was spot on when we finally arrived, during our stay and when we left. My mom, sister and I loved his place. It had everything we needed and more. It was clean, well maintained, comfortable, easily accessible and set in a great location. We were walking distance from the beach. Just minutes away. The neighborhood was safe (lots of character), the people are friendly and you can easily walk to the many restaurants, grocery stores and bars. Doug made some good recommendations on places to eat in the area. Doug, Wonderland was a great place to have supper. Thank you for that. All in all, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend this place. I would have no hesitation returning here. Thank you so much Doug for making our stay as comfortable as possible.

This was an awesome location!! We were please to find so many great restaurants, food stores and coffee place within a shirt walk. The best was the short walk to the beach which we enjoyed each day!! Hector was quick to respond when we had a question!

We had an amazing family vacation at Michelle’s place. The view can’t be beat! A full view of the ocean and gorgeous sunsets. My husband enjoyed that he didn’t have to drive anywhere to go surfing. There was an amazing spot right outside the home. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were so comfortable. Plenty of beach gear and baby/kid stuff. We can’t wait to stay again!

Wonderful, safe, quiet area with friendly people. The rental was in great shape and was very well prepared for us. The hosts gave us plenty of activities and responded very quickly when we had questions. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Local stores were easy to get to. Most of what we needed was within walking distance. Would recommend this to anybody!

Jim is an outstanding host, extremely helpful and understanding of our situation when we booked his place. We accidentally left an item with sentimental value after we checked out and he was kind enough to make sure we get it back. We are very grateful for that. His house is very cozy and clean. It’s in a safe and quiet neighborhood …close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Jim is very responsive and had lots of recommendations around his area. Overall, our stay was great… Felt right at home! I would totally book his place again next time we are in town. Thanks, Jim!

Wonderful location! 3 minute walk to the beach/Belmont Park. Awesome host. Neb was very responsive and so accommodating. Very clear instructions on how to get to and into the place. The place looked like the photos, but the furniture has definitely been used/dated since the photos were taken though. A lot of space for my group. The wide kitchen counter was awesome. The neighborhood was quiet as well. A broom or cordless vacuum would be a great addition. Great stay overall!

We had a wonderful stay! Rebecca was a very friendly and accommodating host. The location was perfect! A short walk to the beach and restaurants. We were a group of all adults, we would book again.

Stayed at J R's place Nov 1-4. The location is perfect. Only 20 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from La Jolla cove and 20 minutes from Torrey Pines state park. In fact, it was a running joke about all hot spots being 20 minutes away :) However, the beach is only a few minutes walk away! There are also great coffee shops and restaurants/bars within walking distance. The home itself was perfect. There was lot's of space, fully stocked kitchen and the beds were super comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to use the home again. Thanks J R!!

This airbnb was perfect, it was close to many restaurants, shops and of course the beach! My family loved this beautiful home we would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location and valuable for those with groups of 4-6 that'd like to stay in Downtown San Diego for a weekend. Everything in downtown is within a 10 minute walk. Having 1 personal parking spot available and the ability to charge an electric vehicle just adds further value. Our host Amanda was communicative, courteous and knowledgeable. We hope to stay again on a future date.

Annie's place was located in a great spot! The front windows overlooked the bay and the front porch made it so we could enjoy the scenery outside even better! The neighborhood was calm and quiet. Thank you Annie!

What a perfectly located place that provided room for all of us! Great basecamp for those who worked from home and easy walking distant to downtown for the rest of us

Linda greeted us on arrival and showed us around the townhouse and the complex. This was a wonderful place to stay and had lots of restaurants etc within walking distance. Beautiful complex right on the beach. Linda was on hand for any advice and help and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the townhouse.

This was the best decision I’ve made using Airbnb…ever. Great host. When driving into a new area where parking can be challenging, Steve made the process so easy for us and guided us to the place. He was friendly when showing us around and amenable to our needs. The location is incredible. This is my second time in Del Mar and 5th time getting a California beach house. This was the best bang for the buck…far beyond my expectations. The house itself is quite comfortable. No smoke and mirrors, it’s just very nice. I hope to visit again soon

Nice space in the perfect location for a family visit to San Diego. House was comfortable and as pictured and described. I worried about no air conditioning but it was no problem with the strong breeze. Communicative hosts who provided meaningful local advice. Would stay here again and recommended.

This beautiful home was well appointed with everything needed and then some! I loved the thoughtful and artistic touches throughout. I especially enjoyed the aerogarden, which was filled with various succulents. The hot tub was the perfect temperature and ready to enjoy! I could uber almost anywhere in under 20 minutes. I highly recommend this place to others and I would be delighted to return!

Don't think we could have picked a better spot for our trip. The place was just as described, in the heart of Carlsbad and within walking distance of everything that we needed. Head west and your a five minute walk to the beach. Head north and your a five minute walk to numerous restaurants. Your only 2 minutes from the Interstate. The place itself was nice and clean, with ample room for the 8 of us. Had requested a late change on our reservation guest list and Kimmy was on the spot accepting our change. My husband and I along with our two younger girls had the pleasure of staying at this great home. There is nothing better than going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean. The view was wonderful and having coffee in the morning on the balcony was awesome. The house was very nice and clean and had everything you need. It was great to have the ability to walk down the pathway to the set of stairs that takes you right down to the beach. There are a lot of great restaurants in walking distance too! The condo felt very private and had very comfortable beds and a great large couch. The girls liked sleeping in the little loft on the top level ..We will definitely be back .. thank you Renee !

This is a great home with 2 large bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms on 2nd floor. Very spacious and open main level and great kitchen, plenty of space to work. It is a great locations very walkable to Harbor Dr, Convention Center, Gaslamp area and Little Italy and the Harbor area. Jordan is a great host, was superb with all communication before and during the stay, and highly responsive to any issues or questions. We did not have any issues with the train noise and slept totally fine. Would definitely stay here again for work or tourist visit.

My wife told me “you’re the reviewer guy so make sure you go online and say how warm and cozy and colorful and comfortable, and all of that this place was. It was spot on and it was exactly what we needed.” The three bedrooms and the bed layout just happened to work out perfectly for our scenario and everybody had a very chill relaxing time. This house was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. Everything we needed down to the ice was ready to go. The house was spotless when we arrived. The outdoor spaces made it feel less like a condo and more like a house with enough space for everyone to spread out comfortably.
