Encinitas vacation rentals

This was everything we thought it would be according to the pictures and write up. Great place for the grandkids to come and visit with us due to the proximity to the beach and the on-site pool and hot tubs. Host was responsive and everything went as expected. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved being so close to the beach and so close to Carlsbad Village; once we parked our car we walked everywhere. So nice to have designated parking, too. The place was very nice, queen bed super comfortable. The pullout bed was not as comfortable, but after layering the sofa seat cushions on the 2nd night it was much better. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, bedding and towels were high quality. We would definitely choose this unit again. We found it remarkably quiet despite being so close to everything. The team at Sea Breeze is VERY responsive, but even with that we had a couple of questions that never got answered. That did not impact our enjoyment. We walked to State Street and had an amazing breakfast at Wildland followed by some good boutique shopping, then ice cream at Handels; a great rooftop dinner during happy hour at Fresco, and the rest of the time we stayed right on our deck or on the beach at Sea Breeze. Can’t wait to do it again!

Great location and great property. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Pacific beach is very close and we found the walk the best part of the stay. Would recommend to anyone who wants to spend some time in this beautiful property

Came here for our family Spring Break get away! We all had a wonderful time! The view is way better in person and the waves crashing at night meant a peaceful nights sleep! Highly recommend for families or group getaways! Fully stocked kitchen was an added bonus!

Great apartment in a prime location. Had everything we needed and coming and going was easy - very nice to not have to carry around keys. Only real complaint was that there was no functioning sliding door on the balcony, so it wasn’t accessible, but not that big of a deal. Other than that, great visit and will definitely be back and hopefully it will be fixed. Definitely recommend!

Lauren’s place was a beautiful place for my family. My kids loved the playground in the backyard. We appreciated all of the beach supplies that Lauren provided. Also, the baby supplies were greatly appreciated so we didn’t have to bring them with us. Lauren thought of everything. We admired all of the different plants Lauren had growing in the home. We all felt at home and enjoyed the clean and welcoming space.

Great place to stay at. In walking distance of the beach, and Carlsbad Village. Great place for a weekend getaway. Quiet neighborhood.

We stayed at Paul’s place over the spring break-LEGOLAND trip, family of four with two young kids. The apartment matched the description and was fully stocked. The beach toys , chairs, towels were an added bonus though it was cold when we stays and not much getting in the ocean. It’s close to the downtown and shops. We loved our stay. As other reviewer had mentioned the warping of the doors were a minor annoyance which we had to help kids close bathroom doors. Would recommend Paul’s place for anyone looking for a place in Oceanside - Carlsbad area.

The home was in a great location, close to downtown Vista. Huge yard, beautiful and green and the home was clean and spacious. Jack was very responsive and provided clear instructions. I would definitely book again!

We loved staying at Paul and Amy's bungalow in Carlsbad. It has great amenities with the jacuzzi, sauna, cold plunge and fire pit. They are super responsive and great hosts. We would definitely return for future visits to Carlsbad.

We came for a short trip. Here are our pros: great parking space for your car which is gated and can fit up to two, there is a lot of space and 5+ people can sleep in here comfortably. If you need a safe and private place to stay with family then this is a great affordable options. Our cons: the electrical outlets did not seem to work on the bottom floor in the bedroom, we had an issue with the shower not functioning which was not helpful when everyone needed to shower, the upstairs gets very hot even with the fans we had to sleep with the windows open because of the heat. These are things that are fixable, overall it is a good place to stay at.

Erik's place was the ideal space for my husband, daughter and me for a quick weekend trip to San Diego. Loved that parking was included and that we could easily walk and get coffee and other meals just a few doors down from the rental. We were in town for a regatta at Crown Point Park, so this location was ideal as it was just a five minute walk to the park. The rental was clean and roomy!

The host was responsive and the house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. Plenty of stores and restaurants near by. Definitely would stay here in again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Barry’s place. It’s located in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to many sites in San Diego. The house was very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed relaxing in the tranquil backyard - being welcomed by Barry’s sweet golden retriever, Dorry was a highlight. We will definitely return.

Great PB location and the management team was great. Make sure to read the rules and pricing for the different apartment configurations.

The home was beautiful. It was a great please for a family of 8. Great location to relax at home and to get out and enjoy San Diego. The host was very responsive and would stay again.

The Bee Hive was so cute. We had so much fun. We love Encinitas. We parked our full-size suv in the designated parking spot and didn’t use it the whole time we were there. We walked to the beach, we walked to get coffee in the mornings, we walked to shops and we even did d 2 different escape roomed on 2 different days. We can’t wait to go back!

Stunning and beautifully appointed beach home in walkable La Jolla location. Truly walk to beach and coffee shops and restaurants. Maria is one of the most proactive and responsive hosts we’ve ever had. Very clear communications, instructions, and recommendations. Exactly as advertised. We would love to stay here again.

Stephanie was an amazing host. She was very responsive to my many questions and provides lots of helpful resources. The house was perfect for our group and we loved the outdoor space and fireplace. The location was great also for surfing and walking to restaurants. Highly recommend.

This beach cottage was perfect for my husband, our 13 month old son, and small dog for the weekend. The house and linens are clean. The house, patio and yard are cute. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. They had plenty of beach chairs, towels, wagons, and beach toys for us to use. We had a great weekend here.

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

We stayed at Pete's place because it has a gorgeous pool (the pool slide was a huge hit), is close to Del Mar racetrack, and is close to the beach/ocean (you can see the ocean from the front yard). We took our two Bichons and felt safe and secure letting them out. We have family in San Diego and had a small family cook out on Sunday. The grill was awesome, and there are lots of fun things to do on the property, front and back yards. We didn't take advantage of the jacuzzi, but it was already heated up. Since the house doesn't have air conditioning, there were fans in the family room and bedroom. Large kitchen, so you can cook and bake if you don't want to eat out all the time. The house is single story, but outside there are lots of levels where you have to go up and down some single steps,so small children would need help and elderly or disabled folks may need help, too. Pete gave great directions about how to access the main entrance, and the self check-in security code.

Awesome place for our small family. Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to downtown Oceanside with lots of shops and restaurants. Overall would definitely recommend.

We had a great experience staying at Dan's place! It was clean, nicely decorated and had all of the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, right across the street from the beach where we had our coffee each morning. Dan was welcoming and responsive and the check-in process was easy. We appreciate how well the instructions were communicated. We will definitely be back.
