As good as it gets! Lakefront - with a pool!

This 2/1 house sits directly on a large private beach with a massive enclosed pool area including an outdoor kitchen, smart TV and lots of space to relax. This is our family vacation home, so everything is there to ensure an amazing stay. A new two story dock offers spots to moor a boat or jet skis, and lots of sun and fun space: paddle boards, fire pit, picnic table, etc. A separate cottage is just behind it. Find it listed under my profile. Rent both together for a big family gathering!

Recently built by our family in 2022, the home has a screened in back porch, a fire pit, WIFI, and is complete with a large private dock right on the Ocklawaha River. All that and it's located only 10 minutes from The Villages where you can shop and have fun. Centrally located 1-1/2 hours from Disney, Daytona beach, and Tampa. Neighborhood Pool, WIFI, Free Parking, Backyard View Excellent location, 2 bed 2 bath open floor plan home that borders a nature preserve looking out the lanai in the Village of Palo Alto. Walking distance to Spanish Springs and close to Lake Sumter Landing. Enjoy area amenities including pools, golf courses, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard and live entertainment every night of the week in three different locations. I do not live there. Prices include golf cart!

Great place to stay. We had lots of fun using the kayaks and paddle boards. The view of the river is awesome and relaxing while watching all the people tubing, kayaking, and boating up and down. The fire pit was great to make a fire at night. The kitchen had everything we needed and the entire home was very clean. The loft area stayed a little warm so my kids did not want to sleep up there. We had clean music playing on the dock, which people on the river seemed to enjoy too, but the neighbor gave us a dirty look and gesture - no issues otherwise. Overall a great place to spend a few days.

Very comfortable, roomy and attractive accommodations. The venue was very quiet and scenic with the lake in the back yard. For our party it was very nice to have a dining table with eight places. Especially, regarding our full day activities away from the site, it was a great place to come back at the end the day to relax and get a good night's rest before the next day's activities. Unfortunately, we were not able to take advantage of the provided recreational aspects afforded with the accommodations.

We loved staying at this Airbnb! We like the modern look and the spaciousness of the three bedroom and two bath unit. We especially liked the fact that we were very close to Lake Sumter Landing and not too far from Brownwood or Spanish Springs Square. The house was very close to the community pool, and we enjoyed talking to the friendly residents who live in the area. Although we went out to eat most of the time for our dinner, there were plenty of kitchen utensils, pots and pans and almost anything you would need if you were wanting to prepare most of your meals at the home. We give this very high marks for all of the amenities!

Margarita House was a great place for our month long stay in The Villages. Kathleen was very responsive to my question, always responding in a timely manner. The house felt so spacious and airy with high ceilings and a nice layout of comfortable furniture. The next door and backyard neighbors were so friendly, the best that we’ve encountered in our 4th visit! The house comes with a larger than usual backyard and great afternoon shade on the patio. We enjoyed this area of The Villages! Thanks Kathleen for hosting us!
