We spent a wonderful stay in the Ticking Room, the appartment was really comfy and very well equipped. And the proximity of the train station (1min walk) and the reserved parking spot were a real plus, as it seems pretty hard to park in the area... We didn't met Jayne in person but she was really nice and reactive. The appartment was also perfectly clean, witch is always pleasant. One of the best appartments we have been in !

We had an amazing stay at Anne & Phil's, great hosts who made us feel right at home. Fantastic location with parking right outside the doorway. What a beautiful view from the lounge and a gentle flowing stream right outside. We sat outside and it was so peaceful. Thank you so much the bottle of bubbly to celebrate my birthday and all the other goodies. It was walking distance to the local pub The White Lion. The accommodation was lovely, cosy and clean and had everything you could possibly need. We did The Delph Donkey walk and then went for lunch in the Old Bell Inn the food was delicious. We would definitely recommend Anne and Phil's place we had such a relaxing time.

Wonderfully peaceful location within easy reach of a myriad of local attractions. Jeni & Roger are excellent hosts with a plethora of recommendations, even booking dinner for us on our first night! Tremendous value for money and waking up to snow across the fields and woodland was the icing on the cake.

Very helpful & understanding when we arrived later than first said & very friendly & always available if needed.

3 double beds which were great, not a bad price. standard what you'd expect in the area. lovely guy quick replies ect, tea and sugar ect was already in the cupboards which was nice.

i enjoyed my stay immensely, lovely clean property, with immense charm. only a few minutes walk to lytham square with all its shops restaurants and bars . if you wish to travel a little further then good bus services close by and the train station is only a 5 minute walk. i can definitely recommend a visit here and i hope to return soon.

Second time we’ve stayed here. It’s a super place to stay and never disappoints. On this occasion we were treated to Christmas decorations and mince pies which were a lovely surprise. As in the past, the supply of a “get you in pack” of essentials (milk etc) is really helpful.

We absolutely loved this cosy little place. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this little gem for anyone that needs to stay in the area. The host was really friendly and always got back to me when I messaged. There was info on everything you could possibly want or need in the area. WiFi was great as well (not important to some but very important for us millennials 😆) It had everything you would need in the kitchen which I find some places lack. Overall, great stay! Can’t fault it

Absolutely spot on, exceptionally clean and perfectly functional. Amazing views from the lounge. We highly recommend this venue. Great for walking, with the market town of Otley so close by for a wander round. We will be back.

Just spent two nights in Manchester at Dan's flat.Spotless clean with all appliances you need.Two nice bedrooms one with an en-suite were also spotless clean. Dan is very responsive to any queries and answers very quickly. Parking was a bit difficult but that's due to the flats close proximity to the City Centre probably. Great wee cosy flat.Highly recommended. 10/10

Beautiful place with pretty surroundings. Friendly staff and tasty restaurant food. Definitely worth the stay for 2-3 days. Swimming pool, hot tub and sauna area is well kept and cleaned regularly. Tuck shop had all the essentials and very reasonably priced.

Lovely apartment, perfect for the overnight break we had. Great that we could use the pool and it had wide-ranging open hours.

We loved our stay. The apartment was not like the photos on the listing but it was nice nonetheless. Quiet, easy access to Lancaster, helpful staff, top facilities - we highly recommend the spa. Would like to stay again.

What a pleasant and peaceful stay. We stayed in the Farmhouse which had all the amenities necessary for a delightful, restful weekend. The pool access was a highlight that ensured our trip was not only as described but exceeded the expectations. Alongside the quaint aspect of the farmhouse was an honesty shop; charming animals and supporting local establishments. Although the journey was somewhat tricky, the directions were extremely helpful and managed to guide us safely to our destination. Featuring detailed information within the house of the local area. Communication was consistent and clearly organised. Overall, we were soulfully relaxed after our tranquil stay.

I just want to say that Jess was an excellent host, she was very friendly and understanding and manage to help me out with checking in earlier which was perfect. The apartment is perfect, so clean bright and spacious it’s the perfect size. They even have air fryer the apartment is fully equipped you do not need to bring anything with you. I will 100% be staying here again I would really recommend this apartment, I can not fault it in anyway.
