The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — exactly as shown in the listing, if not better in person. It’s clear Davide puts a lot of care into creating a welcoming, cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect: peaceful and well-connected, making it easy to explore the area while still feeling like a retreat. Davide was a truly exceptional host — warm, helpful, and respectful of privacy. He offered great local tips and was always available if we needed anything. A very nice apartment, with everything your heart desires. We were allowed to check in a little early, which was great. And "Mama" explained everything to us in Italian, that worked out great!!! We would come back any time!!

We had the most wonderful stay at this apartment for 3 weeks. The apartment is well located, an easy walk to the station with quick connections to Pisa and Florence. There are great restaurants around and everyone was super friendly. The apartment was very clean, well equiped and had great wifi. A special call out to the host, Moira, who was a fantastic support during our stay, going above and beyond to help us out. We highly recommend this place and cannot wait to return.
