Very ok everything, I recommend!

Good studio for 1 or 2 persons at the 3rd floor and last one of the building, nicely decorated and furnished, clean and quiet. Well equipped kitchen. Having AC and central heating it's great that you could rent it even in the colder months, if you plan to visit the city in the off season. Everything that you might need is reachable in 20-25 minutes on foot, shops, beach, old town area etc. In fact, if you like walking, probably in 1h you could reach any part of the city. There's some bus stations and taxis close by. The studio might not have the best view in town, having the windows facing another building and a small garden, but if you plan on staying inside, you could use the shared terrace, which gives you a better view of the surroundings and a glimpse off the sea (depending on the weather, you should see in the far, a part of the sea from the harbor area). :) Sometimes, a seagull spy might come to check on you, when you take you're breakfast in the kitchen.

Stefan's apartment is an excellent place. It has everything you need and looks exactly like advertised. The kitchen is fully stocked, bathroom spotless. Living room is modern and the bed comfortable. Stefan was helpful and always available. Overall 5 star experience - I'll come back when in Constanta!
