Monthly Rentals in Laveen Village, Phoenix

This was a great place for our spring break. We loved relaxing by the pool & having our meals outside. This home gave lots of space for our whole family.

Morgan’s place was perfect for our extended stay and was hard for us to leave! They have made it so comfortable and inviting. It had all the amenities we needed and the decor was tasteful and inviting. The backyard was such a beautiful oasis with the pool, comfortable patio furniture and flowering hedges. We could sit out there all day! Everything was clean and well taken care of. The owners were very responsive and accommodating and quickly answered any questions we had. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone respectful. Be sure to visit Danzeisens Dairy just down the street for the best milk and dairy treats you could ever have! We would love a return stay at Morgan’s place!

We found and booked Howard's place to stay for 2 nights during a road trip with our 2 dogs. Howard made the home quite cozy, and the place is right-sized for us and conveniently located for visiting different areas of Phoenix. The house is equipped with everything, even the added on "kitchenette" - Howard did warn of the lack of kitchen sink and we had to do a few dishes in the bathroom sink. It's manageable for just a 2 night stay.

A beautiful comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Lacked essential cookware. There were 3 skillets none with matching lids and no sauce pan. They did provide many nice extra amenities such as bottled water and snacks plus had filtered water from tap. I would book again!
