Excellent home! Very comfortable. Fun game room downstairs. Comfy living room upstairs. 5 bedrooms to spread out. Beautiful backyard. And fully stocked kitchen! Will likely stay there again.

Perfect for our family get together!!! We had a large group with children of varying ages and there was so much to entertain them all. The home is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Melissa and Josh are great hosts and very responsive. We could not have asked for a better space for our family and will definitely rent again for the next reunion.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Arizona at this wonderful home. Clean, quiet and very central to so many great restaurants, shopping and groceries. We had plenty of space. Large comfortable bedrooms fully stocked with plenty of linens and towels. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking at home and ordering in. Common spaces were great, but the outdoor area is where it’s at! Lovely firepit with plenty of seating. Great size heated pool for relaxing or playing with our boys. We highly recommend this home for a stay in the greater Phoenix area!

Enjoyed our stay for ASU parents weekend. Troy’s place was perfect and close to everything.

We had a lovely stay at Sarah and Roland's, perfect for a gathering with family close by, and we had some of our young grandchildren over, who absolutely adored the themed children's bedrooms, which were full of details and items perfect for getting cozy and having fun. It's a basement apartment that feels surprisingly light and airy, and we appreciated the obvious care and attention of the hosts. Everything is spotlessly clean, feels well cared-for, plentiful amenities for kitchen and bathroom, and great bedding. A bonus to have access to community amenities! We enjoyed being right next to park and playground areas too. Highly recommended all round.

The star was within walking distance to the University so it was really helpful!

This was a perfect place for two people. We weren't planning on spending much time at the Airbnb, so we wanted a small, cheap place just to rest at night. This was PERFECT. It matched the description, the check-in/out process was easy and convenient. The location was good for where we wanted to go. There wasn't a list of a million things to clean/do before we left, which I appreciate. We never actually went out onto the patio, but it looked really nice and relaxing! Overall it was a nice stay and I would do it again in a heartbeat when I returned to Phoenix! Thanks, Mel!

Anthony’s place was absolutely stunning, clean, affordable and close to the State Farm stadium. Anthony was very accommodating to our needs. Super quiet area, close to west gate which has great restaurants. This place deserves 6 stars

We had a family emergency and booked Joel’s place last minute while driving to Phoenix. Couldn’t have asked for a better landing pad while we were there. The condo was comfortable and inviting, beds were comfy and the amenities were exactly what we needed after spending our days at the hospital. Joel was very friendly and informative, and super easy to work with. Definitely will stay here again next time I’m in the area.

Very comfortable and clean place with all the necessary amenities..

Me and my sister visited phx to do some shopping. Fashion mall is right in front of the property. It was really quiet, so we could rest well at night and we would stay here again. I enjoyed chilling out while on the tv since all property is really cozy and clean. Many thanks

Exactly what we were looking for. A great space that was clean, peaceful, with comfortable mattresses 😁. The home had lots important details, including a full length mirror in the Master. Curtis was very responsive and the instructions were easy to follow. We will definitely stay here again.
