Townhome vacation rentals in Lake Wakatipu

A fantastic small house about 15 minute walk to the downtown area. For us, the location was perfect. Quiet, parking is available in the garage and a nice stroll downtown. It was great to have a full kitchen, laundry, and comfortable living room to hang out. All the bedrooms were extremely comfortable, A very clean place, and nothing not to like. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! It is only a few mins walk to the town center and kids can play at the lake front right across the road. The house has everything we needed. Thank you Gemma!

Absolutely gorgeous views where you can sit back in the lounge with a tea and enjoy the views. Beautiful, private area. It is still easy walking distance to the main town area to access restaurants and also across the road to the bus stop which takes you to Arrowtown and the airport.

Great place to stay only a short walk from town.

We’ve stayed here a few times now as it is an excellent base for our now annual trips to Cardrona to ski. Entrance to the ski field is <10 minutes up the road. Location is also excellent for parents with kids & no longer looking for late nights out - about 25 minutes to Wanaka (so not a long drive home after dinner out) and 40 minutes to Queenstown. Highly recommended. I wish we had the time to come over during summer as well. Looking forward to our trip next year already.

Great place to stay. Very close to town. Quiet. Fantastic fireplace & hot tub. Well equipped kitchen. Fab views of lake & mountains.

Had a great stay in this apartment. Everthing was completely new, no signs of use. I felt as I was the first guest, which was awesome. It felt like a hotel, everthing was clean, as I expected it to be and even better. I definitely would recommend this place to everyone!

We had 4 days at Brian’s place, and it was a pleasure to stop travelling for a few days, relax, catch up on washing and sit and enjoy the magnificent views. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great for us for our stay in Queenstown but it was still a fantastic place to stay. Brians instructions were so helpful and easy to follow. I look forward to returning one day and (hopefully get better weather). Would highly recommend Brian’s place if you are heading to Queenstown.

What a great spot … literally backs onto the main section of Queenstown, complete with fabulous restaurants and shops. And views down to the water and the mountains beyond. Yet, despite the close proximity to town, it felt private and was extremely quiet. Lovely townhome with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Super clean. Great hosts … everything was smooth and seamless. Highly recommended

Pristine property! Perfect for our family ski holiday. Really well equipped, and very warm. we loved having the fireplace to relax by. Quality smart tv which enabled us to stream the Olympics which was wonderful. Stu was a great host. Highly recommended!

This place is really beautiful and we will definitely come back! Thank you Mei for your hospitality! We had a small hiccup in our trip and had to miss 1 night of our booking and Mei very kindly extended our checkout time the next day just so we can have a little more time in the house and experience Queenstown a little more. Our whole family really appreciated that! Also, thank you for the chocolate on check in! We love it so much, we brought more than 20 bars of it back to Singapore as gifts. 😂

Amazing vista views of the surrounding lake and mountains. Fully equipped kitchen. The property is on a very steep hilly area, so it would be a struggle to walk up from the city centre.

Very cozy, beautiful townhouse! The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything you need for meals at home (we especially loved the nespresso)

My Mum and Dad, Husband, 2 kids and I stayed in this property for 5 nights and it was perfect! In walking distance of the marathon start line too! It was warm, clean, tidy, and had everything we needed for our stay. Just a short stroll into the village, or just down the hill to the river. So peaceful, we loved it and will be booking again!

Was a brand new build units. Warm and dry. Young is very kind to guide us for everything by calling, with swift response. Highly recommend.

The house was amazingly clean and comfortable. The bedrooms had great views and the surrounding area was quiet with a cafe/bakery that was just a few steps away. We could park our car just outside the unit making it easy to load and unload our luggage. The kitchen was well equipped for us to make our meals. Host communicated well and was responsive. Highly recommended to stay here!
