Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath vacation rental is part of a 7 cottage resort located on the quiet Cyprus Avenue behind the Chapel By The Sea Church. These beautiful homes are landscaped together in a tropical garden, with palm trees and room for 2 heated pools, all very peaceful and private. We are 2 block 2 minute walk to the beach. Unlike most residential homes we are very close to the shops, and restaurants. Our cottages are cleaned to the highest standards for your families health.

Upper Deck prime area no condos/crowds

The location is one of the best on the West Coast. I’ve had only 5 stars from my guests. Our places are fully stocked and very clean. This whole property is award winning! Plus, we attract artists -Also our cottages have appeared on many calendars, cards and artists' canvas.

We loved our stay at Alison’s place! It was myself, my husband and our 2 year old. We loved that there was a mini crib among many other kid amenities that make traveling with a children much easier/lighter! Our trip was mostly to visit beaches and we were blown away with the many beautiful ones in the area! It was also very nice to have beach chairs, toys, etc. all available in the Airbnb as well. The kitchen is fully stocked which was lovely as we typically cook some meals when we’re away. Alison was very responsive if we had any questions and the place was VERY clean. Highly recommend this Airbnb, I have only positive things to say!

Hun’s property is in a terrific location on a quiet street. It is close and convenient to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The house is all new construction, clean, and well appointed. My husband and I felt very comfortable there and had a great stay. Hun was particularly responsive the times I had to reach out to him. It would be a pleasure to stay at this property again.

Great hosts. Great communication. Place was lovely!!! Very comfortable. Host made arrangements for a different and comparable place immediately after the condo association unexpectedly closed our original place to stay for repairs from hurricane damage. We weren’t notified that the pool hadn’t been reopened (at either place). The pictures showed a functional pool and nothing that indicated it was closed. The kids were disappointed but this gave us all more beach time which is why we were there in the first place. I’m sure this was just an oversight after all the devastation that occurred there last summer. Can’t imagine what that was like. Thankful we could come back.

This condo was nice! Beds were comfortable. Couches and chairs were comfortable. Location is convenient to the beach. The pool was still not open from the hurricane. No one seemed to be working on that, but they were working a lot on the lobby. The sinks and showers didn’t drain too well. You are also right beside a bird sanctuary, so you will hear lots of birds day and night. We would still stay at this location again!

Amelia’s house is better than the photo’s and a lovely, comfortable place to stay. It is extremely well equipped, especially for visiting the beach and if you have little ones, they will love the play room and safe grassed back garden. It is an easy and quick 6 minutes to Madeira beach and only 5 minutes to the nearest Publix supermarket. Amelia is also a quick and responsive host. It’s no surprise that the reviews are so glowing.

Perfect 3 day trip. Covered parking was appreciated. Nice balcony access from both the master bedroom and the living area.... if your not on the beach its the next best place to watch the sunset. Very nice kitchen area. A quick trip (by car) to Publix gave us the opportunity to stock the refrigerator and create some amazing meals to enjoy in the dining area or on the good sized balcony table. The kitchen was well furnished with all the cookware, utensils etc. needed. From our parking area directly under the building you exit a coded gate that gives you immediate access to the real reason for visiting here....toes in the sand, a welcoming breeze, the calming sounds of the surf, and the opportunity to "exhale" from the rigors of life....

We had an absolutely amazing vacation at Bliss and Gary’s place. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left we felt like we were home, with an amazing ocean view. Wonderful location, phenomenal amenities and the best hosts you could ever ask for! Anything you needed they were only a text away. We will definitely be returning and recommending this little slice of heaven to all our friends!
