Fantastic place to stay, right in an Avocado Orchard with nature all around, yet close to town and amenities, super lovely spot.

Garys place is in a beautiful location and has wonderful views of the lake, the jetty and lake access was a real bonus. The bedroom and bathrooms set up were perfect and decorated really nicely, good wifi if you want it too and walkable to the main jetty area and town. thank you also for allowing us to bring our little dogs, it made for a wonderful holiday.

Well presented, modern clean appartment in a quiet neighbourhood a short walk or uber to downtown rotorua. It was perfect for our overnight stay.

The place is awesome and perfect if you like a very quiet and close to nature ambiance. The host was very lovely too and accommodating with their adorable dog. They even prepared complimentary foods for the guests. All in all we highly recommend this place.👌

Fabulous little apartment just outside Rotorua, well placed to get in and out of the main town, as well as being able to visit lots of other local attractions. The apartment is well kitted out and comfortable, and also nice and quiet in the evenings for some relaxation.

This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. My friends and I were floored by how beautiful the location was, and we’re already making plans to come back. We loved waking up to the birdsong every morning, and the fresh eggs and loaf of bread made it perfect. The house was so spacious and nice, and Hayley was an incredibly helpful host. 100/10

Greg and Ana’s place was unique and memorable! It suited our family of 8 quite comfortably. We walked among the hot pools each day just out the gate and loved the private mineral bath on the property! So nice to be right in the heart of Rotorua for exploring all of the amazing activities. Thanks!!!

Sophie is a fantastic host who gave great clear instructions and was very responsive to all messages. The house was great for the 6 adults and 2 kids. A beautiful garden and short walk to the beach made this the ideal place for our chill summer holiday.

This place was in such a great location. Exactly what we were looking for. Literally 2 minutes from doorstep to the beach. House was clean and tidy with all listed amenities, plus Macina was super responsive and proactive in letting me know the cleaner was unavailable but they had organised someone else, so no effect on our arrival. We arrived later than we expected but check-in was so easy and it felt like home. Macina also met some extra needs for us as we were running late leaving, the next morning. Highly recommended. I was worried about it being pet-friendly as I thought there might be Pet hair everywhere but it was well-kept and clean. Also appreciated the little guide book left on the bench woth beach, food, shopping recommendations and instructions for rubbish etc. Definitely want to stay again soon.

Family friendly, great sleeping and games area for children. Spacious rooms, well set out. Kitchen dining set out well. Utensils galore, loved the assortment of odd drinking glasses. Enclosed backyard with decked outside area. 🙂

Perfect beach holiday venue, great suburb, short walk to the beach over the road, beds and linen exceeded expectation, spacious spa pool, kitchen well equipped, large TV in lounge, lounge suite good and comfortable. We will surely make use of this property again and refer this to friends and family.

A beautiful, peaceful house in a great location. A short walk to Ngongotaha Village, and only a short drive to Rotorua central. Tanya was a great host who met us for check in to make sure we had everything that was needed. Would stay again
