Garys place is in a beautiful location and has wonderful views of the lake, the jetty and lake access was a real bonus. The bedroom and bathrooms set up were perfect and decorated really nicely, good wifi if you want it too and walkable to the main jetty area and town. thank you also for allowing us to bring our little dogs, it made for a wonderful holiday.

Well presented, modern clean appartment in a quiet neighbourhood a short walk or uber to downtown rotorua. It was perfect for our overnight stay.

The place is awesome and perfect if you like a very quiet and close to nature ambiance. The host was very lovely too and accommodating with their adorable dog. They even prepared complimentary foods for the guests. All in all we highly recommend this place.👌

Great place with lovely hosts. Jenny was super friendly with good recommendations for things to do around the area. Located in a good, quiet place that was only a few minutes drive from all the fun touristy things to do. The accommodation itself was very clean, cozy yet spacious with all the listed amenities. Would definitely recommend:)

We came back again for the 2nd time at Greg's place.This time with our parents from overseas. They were so happy with the house and the location. It''s been so nice and very peaceful. The house is great. Plenty of space, clean and tidy. Kitchen is great and fully equipped. a second toilet is a bonus too. Short distance to centre through the Kauri Park. it's just next to the house. Great for morning or afternoon walk. Lovely view from the deck looking into the Geothermal pools and the park. Just like last time, Greg is very proactive and responsive in communication! Definitely will come back again. Thanks for hosting us 😀

Sophie is a fantastic host who gave great clear instructions and was very responsive to all messages. The house was great for the 6 adults and 2 kids. A beautiful garden and short walk to the beach made this the ideal place for our chill summer holiday.

Loved our stay, easy access to the mall and beach. Really appreciated the heat pump being on when we arrived to cool down the house. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Phil

The house was lovely and spacious and very homely. And we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved that the water was uv treated rainwater so no chemicals! It was a nice central spot to go to places like hobbtion, blue springs, tauranga and rotorua. The kids loved it there and I think we'd all be be keen to visit again sometime. It just made our holiday! Thank you so much!

Mike has a great home on a quiet street. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and excellent outdoor space. The location isn’t quite walkable to the downtown area, which we preferred, but it’s located far enough away from the geysers that you do not smell the sulphur smell in the downtown area. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you Mike and Family.

Great convenient place to stay. Our son was getting married at The Hobbiton set and this house is less than 5 mins away. Well stocked facilities with plenty of room Briony provided breakfast eats, was extremely friendly and excellent timely communication. Also enjoyed engagement with the cats, their dog and the chooks. Beautiful peaceful surroundings.

Great stay. Very handy for Hells Gate, Redwoods and Skyline. Good takeaways and bakery in walking distance. Spirit of India was tasty and inexpensive. Reasonable size supermarket very close. Despite a wet few days we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable stay in quiet neighbourhood. Some distance from central Rotorua - about 8 minutes by car.
