beautiful accomodation, great spot, close to the beach. but still have your privacy. just down the road from the mall and local shops for easy access. the place was as described and as is in the photos.

Fantastic property in a great location. Great areas with 2 outdoor spaces and really great en-suite with master bedroom being away from the other 2 bedrooms. Really well setup kitchen and amenities. Would definitely recommend this property and we would stay again. Host responded very quickly and check in made easy.

We loved our three night stay here. Our family of four was very comfortable and had plenty of space to spread out. This place can easily sleep a larger family, but the only one shower could become problematic if you had any more. The views over Rotorua and Lake Rotorua were amazing, and we'd wake up or come home to see the sheep and alpacas all around. You could stay and hang out on the great wrap around couch or in that kitchen and living area all day. The beds were very comfortable and there was a ton of closet space to store all our suitcases and clothes that we brought for our two week NZ vacation. We had just come from 6 straight nights of cooking in so we felt the need to go out each night for dinner but this place would have been the perfect spot to cook dinner and stay in each night. The ping pong table was an added bonus.

We loved our stay here. The place was a lot bigger than expected which was a lovely surprise. Super clean, with everything you need. The bed was super comfortable and we even got some chocolates. Thanks so much for our stay! We will definitely be back should we need accommodation in Rotorua in the future:)

Great affordable accommodation with all the basics for a weekend at the beach. So great to find something so clean and tidy even though it is a older beach cottage!

This is already our fourth time staying at this cabin, and it’s absolutely perfect. Surrounded by mountains, water, blue skies, and white clouds, it’s the ideal place to relax. My family my puppies and I all love this place so much—it feels like our own secret garden, specially reserved for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city.

True to description, great little courtyard for my little dog whom was very at home this place. Super close to everything, beach just over the road coffee shop on the corner, bayfair and the Mt close. Kitchen with everything you need to cook. Very grateful to have a warm easy place to stay with a little dog. Thankyou so so much.

We spent a wonderful Easter weekend at the cottage, and loved being so close to the beach, shops, restaurants and the Mount. Waking up in the morning and walking across the road and straight onto the beach- it was great value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at Kazia’s place! The photos accurately reflected the space, and it exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless, beautifully designed, and modern, with a serene outdoor area perfect for enjoying sundowners or relaxing in the hot tub. It offered great privacy and came with added perks like Netflix, YouTube, Wi-Fi, and board games. We’ll definitely stay here again when we visit Tauranga!

Fantastic accommodation with modern appliances. Microwave doubles as convention oven and has electric bbq. Great view of ocean with 5min walk to beach. Friendly hosts and even though the owners live at the same address felt very private and secluded...highly recommended.
