Great stay! Took us about 30 mins to receive all necessary information for the quickest checkin ever, booked it when we were 30 mins from arriving so became a stressful easy trip, very thankful

We really enjoyed our stay - beautifully designed space, unparalleled lake views, included access to kayaks/paddleboards and off-street parking. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Rotorua again in the future!

Great place to stay, and a great host who makes everything so easy. A clean tidy place which makes you feel right at home. Loads to do in the area with only short drives to Rotorua, Kawerau or Whakatane. But the absolute highlight for us was being able to relax in spa looking out over the stunning Lake Rotoma watching the sun set. Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic venue for large groups. It has a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms and everything is XL! We are already planning our next visit

We had a lovely stay here. Peaceful but so entertaining for the children right on the park and across the road from the beach . A really lovely family holiday and so well equipped.

We had a wonderful stay here The view is fantastic and we had everything we needed. It is very family friendly, there is a box of toys for children, some board games and a garden to run around in. One of my group has some mobility issues so it helped that this place was mostly on one level, with only a few steps here and there. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need for preparing meals. It's the kind of place where kitchen items left from previous people are there so there were was cooking oil, salt and spices we could use. There is a coffee plunger and a mocha pot (bring your own ground coffee and milk) to use. The street is quiet, with the occasional bleating of sheep and safe. There is lots of space and three loos so good for groups. I would recommend this place and definitely stay again.

Brenda's place is wonderful! You feel right at home, surrounded by nature and her beautiful garden. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Brenda is a fantastic host who suggested some local attractions to visit. We really enjoyed our stay there!

A wonderful home with plenty of space to spread out and accommodate our entire family. The local dahlia’s on arrival were beautiful.

Great place to stay for a short Tauranga break. Photos don t do the space justice, it is really cute inside! Travelling with 2 boys aged 6 and 9 and they loved the tramp, the chickens and the cats. Great location for Tauranga central or just a short drive to Mt Maunganui. Would definitely stay here again.

Felt right at home!! Host were friendly and welcoming! Cozy, comfortable, spacious. Having the horses, chickens, and baby cows added a special touch that cannot be replicated. Would definitely come back

Dharmen is a perfect host！He provided super detailed instruction of the house, so we had a smooth checkin. His place is amazing to stay, very quite and got everything you need. Sadly didn't have chance to meet him in person due to my schedule crushed, for sure will come back if I visit Rotorua again！

A beautiful, peaceful house in a great location. A short walk to Ngongotaha Village, and only a short drive to Rotorua central. Tanya was a great host who met us for check in to make sure we had everything that was needed. Would stay again

We had an amazing stay with Gail & Andrew. The Bach was lovely and more roomy than we expected. Everything had been thought of with lots of little extras. The beds were comfy and the garden setting was perfect and just a short walk to the beach. The games room was an added bonus too. Most of all we enjoyed the easy nature of our hosts. Gail and Andrew put us at ease from the moment we got there, it was just like visiting friends. Thanks guys we had a really relaxing holiday.

What a great air bnb! Location is in the heart of Mount Maunganui, so you can park up for the week and walk to the beach or town within 2 minutes. Easy check in - nice, clean apartment and has everything you need. Only thing is the week went to fast, we could have easily stayed longer. Also the view from the apartment is stunning! Fantastic place to stay, right in an Avocado Orchard with nature all around, yet close to town and amenities, super lovely spot.

Kate’s place is great! It’s well equipped and the views are amazing. We loved staying here for a few nights to explore Hobbiton and the nearby blue springs. I highly recommend!!

Great base to explore Rotorua. The house is large and the multilevel layout gave our group space to spread out. We loved the hot tub! It had everything we needed and great communication from Jonathan made it very easy

This felt like a private French cottage with all the amenities and strong Internet signal. Swimming pool and Maisey (sp?) the dog were an extra treat. Juliet was very responsive to all our queries, very patient. If you just want to get away, and breathe, this little gem is for you.

Had a great stay and Julian and Frances’s place. Communication was excellent and the place was clean and tidy. Bonus having the pool right outside the front door.
