As good as it gets! Lakefront - with a pool!

This 2/1 house sits directly on a large private beach with a massive enclosed pool area including an outdoor kitchen, smart TV and lots of space to relax. This is our family vacation home, so everything is there to ensure an amazing stay. A new two story dock offers spots to moor a boat or jet skis, and lots of sun and fun space: paddle boards, fire pit, picnic table, etc. A separate cottage is just behind it. Cozy coastal house on Umatilla lake. This charming home is newly built and fully furnished with up to date amenities and utilities. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, our comfortable home has room for the whole family! Both the master and adjacent lakeside bedroom open out to the backyard on the lake for easy access to a private dock, two canoes and a kayak all available for use. Short bike ride to the quaint Umatilla, 10 minute drive to Eustis, 15 minute drive to Downtown Mount Dora.

Come relax by the river in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental in Lady Lake, Florida. Recently built by our family in 2022, the home has a screened in back porch, a fire pit, WIFI, and is complete with a large private dock right on the Ocklawaha River. All that and it's located only 10 minutes from The Villages where you can shop and have fun. Centrally located 1-1/2 hours from Disney, Daytona beach, and Tampa. I’ve stayed at my fair share of AirBnB’s and VRBO’s and Mike is one of the absolute best hosts I’ve ever had. He was very proactive with his communication and was super-accommodating upon our arrival. He gave us a personal tour of the property and ensured our stay was awesome. The views from the property were amazing! Additionally, the property was very well cared for. Will definitely be back!

Very comfortable, roomy and attractive accommodations. The venue was very quiet and scenic with the lake in the back yard. For our party it was very nice to have a dining table with eight places. Especially, regarding our full day activities away from the site, it was a great place to come back at the end the day to relax and get a good night's rest before the next day's activities. Unfortunately, we were not able to take advantage of the provided recreational aspects afforded with the accommodations.

Words can not even describe how wonder this home is! The house, the pool, the yard, the water activities, the golf cart, the neighborhood..... Just Amazing!!! Walmart and publix etc are close by about 10 to 14 minutes. The home is very clean, has everything you need or want from dishes, coffee machines, cookware, linens, panty items. Emma is an amazing host very responsive! We look forward to another great family vacation here sometime in the future!!! Thankyou Again Emma
