Vivian’s home feels very welcoming! We had lil one’s with us who enjoyed the porch, the Pac-Man game and the projector! The kitchen was accessible, we loved playing the records while we sat by the fire and contemplated on life. We will definitely be back!

Great communication from Tess which is most appreciated. It is a nice house in a quiet and pretty neighborhood and a perfect location for the event at the resort. A bathroom for each room and good sized main bedrooms and comfy beds. Nice living area/kitchen and plenty of TV options for the kids. It was fun to have the hot tub too. Much recommended.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful location. It is exactly as described and even more lovely in person. We enjoyed everything about the area and look forward to returning.

We had a great time at Jennifer’s place. The house was extremely spacious for our group of 9 adults + 1 child. The house was equipped with more than enough amenities, the beds were comfy, the linens were soft, and the views of the lake were gorgeous. Jennifer gave us very detailed rules and instructions, and responded quickly to any questions we had. Check in and check out were flexible and easy. I would definitely recommend staying at her home, and would love to come back.

My family and I recently visited Santa’s Village for our annual trip, and the location was perfect—close to the grocery store and everything we needed. The home we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and perfectly suited to accommodate my large family.

Natalie’s place is right next to Boulder Bay Park and Lake access. It was perfect for us to walk our talk and take in the scenery in Big Bear. We enjoyed hiking to Castle Rock and the Cougar Creek Trail. Our Thanksgiving meal at Santa and Maverick was delicious and no reservations were necessary. Natalie’s check-in and check-out process were so easy. Her place was cozy, comfortable and quiet after a full day in Big Bear. Thank you for a wonderful and restful vacation.

We came to the mountains from Az. for a memorial service. I grew up in this neighborhood so finding it on Airbnb was a bonus. Very cute and cozy inside. It was a cool summer evening so we enjoyed the outdoor fire pit . Would stay again🩷🇺🇸

We had such a great time. Very cozy beautiful place. Very clean and kept up. We made beautiful memories with our children. Would definitely stay again. We got to the address when it was dark outside so that made it a lil hard to find but in the day it would have been very easy to find.

Can't say enough about the home, the location and the hosts. They have done a brilliant job of making the space feel both elegant AND comfy. So many thoughtful touches, high end fixtures, creative design elements - they even curated a super yummy welcome basket of goodies for our group. The location is one of the best I've stayed at in Lake Arrowhead - the lake is just a short walk down a cute little path - very easy to transport snacks and rafts and essentials for a day on the water. The hosts were so helpful and communicative. We had some unexpected circumstances that impacted our group having to leave early and they were super helpful and communicative. They gave us thoughtful suggestions for local activities and places to eat but mostly they just made us feel completely at home in their lovely space. Will definitely be back. This is our second year spending Thanksgiving at Emmett’s Place. There was surprisingly little traffic on the ride up to Big Bear, so Emmett let us check in hours early. Emmett is a responsive, proactive, and friendly host, whose house and furnishings are attractive and very comfortable. My dog loved the fenced-in yard. My adult daughter and I had the best, most relaxing time. Our favorite place in Big Bear is inside Emmett’s house.

Felt like home, I didn’t want to leave, everything is close by, it’s like a time capsule my son had fun enjoying relics from a different decade, thank you for allowing me to enjoy this holiday season in this amazing little place and the poem in the restroom was a food for thought, had me in tears I really felt it

Unforgettable Christmas memories in the book! This Airbnb had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen appliances, spotless restrooms, outdoor wood burning fire pit, kayak and 2 paddle boards. We really enjoyed our stay at Desiree’s place. Thank you again and we will definitely be back!

Stayed here for a week with our family and we all loved it! Our kiddos were pleasantly surprised by the availability of toys and we all loved the enclosed outdoor space! Also very grateful for the responsiveness of the host!
