Sandy and Terry were wonderful hosts! So kind and helpful. Very accommodating and responsive. The home was lovely. Very homey and clean, had everything we needed. The pool and spa were awesome!

Most responsive and nicest host I've ever had and also the cleanest AirBnB I've ever stayed at. This house was perfect for my needs and great for my pup who loved the yard and nearby park. Highly recommend this property and will be back for my next staycation.

My wife & I were looking for a quiet, safe, & well equipped place to stay while recovering from outpatient back surgery before flying back home. We needed a place where we could fix our own meals since I wasn't in a condition to be going out to restaurants. Several great grocery stores were close by as well as Target & CVS for miscellaneous needs. The front, side, and back patios were ideal for my "recovery walks" everyday in privacy. We really enjoyed looking at the limes, lemons, oranges, & avocados growing on the trees around the patio. Unfortunately we missed the grapes as they had been trimmed back. Under better circumstances we would have really enjoyed the place to it's fullest due to proximity to many places, but it was just perfect for our immediate needs and we would stay again if we came back to the area.

First, Maddie was very responsive and everything went smooth. The home was a little older than the pictures suggested, but the amenities made up for it and everything worked out fine. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate so we could check out the pool and hot tub, but it looked appealing. My only suggestion would be to have a greater supply of bath towels since there was no washer or dryer. We only had nine towels for six adults over five days. Initially, it was an issue but since we were visiting my son who lives only a few blocks away, he brought us extra towels and supplies so it was OK. But if we did not have a local connection, there should have been some type of towel exchange option. Otherwise, thank you Maddie for making my first Airbnb rental a positive one

Great layout, especially the separate upstairs with big bedroom, bathroom, and loft. Well-stocked kitchen. Lots of beach stuff and towels. Super clean. Easy check-out.

Felt right at home. It was perfect f for the family on Thanksgiving. The house is fully equipped with all our needs from baking to playing family games. The host seemed to have thought of everything a guest would need while staying there. Loved loved Loved it! Just minutes from the John Wayne Airport and stores. Kelly was very responsive and kind when i had questions. I would recommend this house to others

This stay was incredible. Location and atmosphere incredible. Mia was very communicative and the instructions for check in and check out were some of the clearest I’ve ever read. Easy to understand, easy to follow, will definitely stay here again when in Irvine!

Terry’s place was a perfect place to stay! Very cozy one bedroom, one bath that was great for my boyfriend and I. Amenities worked great and was walking distance to pacific city, Main Street and most importantly, the beach! I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment. Extremely comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Fabulous location! Nice to have the Roku with Disney+ and Prime. Beach toys for our grandson were great! Also, Nicholas was very helpful in recovering quite a sum of money that I had left in the condo. His cleaner Daniel helped to locate it. I was very relieved and appreciative. All around a great family trip!

This was the perfect place to stay while I visited family in the area. It had amenities that would have been useful had I spent idle there, which I did not. My dog was comfortable also, nothing to make her anxious. It had everything I needed. I would stay there again.

Place was great, felt like home. The area was also super peaceful at night and not much going on, perfect for a vacation. It was super clean and looked like the pictures!

Brandon was extremely helpful and accommodating with all requests. We loved the building and surrounding area. Lovely walking trails, beautiful pool, and close to many shops/restaurants. It has the amenities of a hotel but with the privacy and flexibility of an Airbnb.

2nd time staying here over past few months and absolutely love it! Cool, chic spacious place. Very clean, bright and airy. Nice deck with courtyard view. We will get this place again soon! Don’t hesitate! Try it out! You’ll be glad you did!

Wonderful location and a great place to be. Easy walk to Coast Highway for coffee in the morning, good restaurants and Inspiration Point to watch the sunset. An ideal spot for a party of two. Clean and spacious.

The condo was at a perfect location near the ocean, the beach and the pier. The local shops and restaurants are at walking distance which is very convenient. The views from the balcony were breathtaking! Everything was impeccable inside the condo. I recommend this place and will surely come back.

Located in the heart of downtown Long Beach in a historic building, the studio is fully remodeled, thoughtfully equipped and outfitted with noise cancelling mechanisms to combat the inevitable street noise . Within walking distance to the beach, plenty of shops and restaurants, everything you need for an excellent stay is within your grasp!

The apartment was cozy and spacious. There are a few minor maintenance items that would be nice to remedy—a few light switches that don't work properly, wall scuffs, tired carpet in areas—but they weren't showstoppers. Natalia assisted with getting one of the lamps working again during our stay and also helped us retrieve an item that we had left behind, which we very much appreciated. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Perfect location for walking distance to pier, shops and restaurants. Enjoyed taking beach chairs and sand toys for our kiddo to play at the beach. OC Furnished was very responsive when we extended our stay for another day. Can’t wait to return back!
