Emilie is an awesome host and her place is super comfortable, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. She provides great information, including comprehensive check in instructions and a fat binder of local information--restaurants, attractions, emergency resources, etc. College Park is a lovely residential community with quiet streets and a lake and local eateries within walking distance. Emilie is happy to chat but will also leave you be if that is your preference. She is very responsive to requests and concerned about making your stay the best it can be. I was very comfortable and happy during my 10 days there and recommend her place highly.

Our stay here was excellent. Honestly, I think Vera's place may have spoiled us for all other AIRBNBs. She was a fantastic host, super-responsive if we had a question or a need, but also very respectful of our space. As to the lodging, it was spacious, well-supplied (something we've found to not always be the case in other AIRBNBs), and easy to live in. It was such a quiet, peaceful place to get away. It had everything that was listed in the ad, plus the bed was very comfortable and the shower was awesome. Great wifi. I particularly liked that she had clearly marked out a place for us to park. It removed any confusion we might have had and I thought it was a nice touch. Also the neighborhood was a delight, very safe and inviting with a lot of charm. In short, we loved the place and if we find ourselves back in the area we will definitely try to stay here again.

We had a great stay here. The room looks out on a lake, and we enjoyed eating breakfast at an outside table. Joan was very helpful and communicative. She let us know about New Year’s Eve fireworks at the lake. We were in Orlando to attend a bowl game at Camping World Stadium and this is close by. We had dinner one night at The Pinery, and highly recommend that restaurant.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here! Place was nice and tidy. The location is in a great area. Not too far away from Universal, Disney, Florida Mall, Andretti Go Karting, and so much more. She is very flexible, communicative, and understanding! Book here if you’re looking for a place to stay for yourself or for you and your partner!

I had a wonderful stay. I needed a quiet, peaceful, cozy spot to catch up on work while I visited FL, and this was the perfect spot. The location is ideal, you have a million dining options just minutes away, the room was equipped with everything I needed, and it was very clean. My communication with Orian and Aja was unmatched, very attentive an hospitable.

I love this comfortable, safe, private airbnb. I travel A LOT for work and am always searching for safe places to stay since I travel alone. This Airbnb is located in the College Park area, which is one of my favorites. It’s a wonderful, quiet residential neighborhood. Clean, pretty homes. There’s a Publix right down the street, which was perfect for me. There are a lot of nice and trendy restaurants nearby as well. I enjoyed relaxing on the couch catching up on my Netflix at night and was able to put my clothes away in a dresser and closet. The bed is very comfortable! The entire unit was clean and had everything I needed. The WiFi worked perfectly. I will definitely stay at Meredith’s place again!

Stayed here for over 2 weeks and it was great! The amenities could be upgraded but I was able to talk to the hosts and they seemed very open to the things I suggested. Alyssa was super helpful and responded quickly every time that I reached out! I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area!

Michelle‘s place is beautiful, clean and even nicer than the description. Another great part of the day was it is so close to Mount Dora, which is just a beautiful town. Overall, I highly recommend this place and I would stay there again without a second thought.

Great location. We were in town to see a concert at Timucua Arts Foundation (great local listening room) and the walk through the neighborhood was lovely, even at night. The unit was very clean and well-equipped. Had trouble getting TV streaming online but Homer came right over and troubleshot the issue until it was fixed. Bed was very comfortable. Would stay again but would not park directly across the street... that neighbor blew soggy leaves and debris all over our car. Unnecessary on their part but easily remedied by not parking in front of their house.

Amos was a wonderful host! The space is beautiful and has a great home like feel to it. The space 100% matches the description and truly has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The appliances, scenery everything was just perfect. The back patio and pool are so relaxing! I highly recommend this stay you won’t be disappointed.
