Had a great stay, would highly recommend! Loved the fenced in area with seating, perfect when bringing your fur babies. Everything was cute and clean, and was close to everything! The hosts were very sweet and responsive during our stay.

Michelle was a wonderful host and went out of her way to accommodate our 8 month old daughter during our stay. Before our arrival, she placed a baby gate at the top of the entry stairs, a booster seat in the kitchen, and a pack and play in the bedroom of our choice. There were even toys and books! The home itself was pristine and inviting, and had great amenities. There were blackout curtains in the living room and every bedroom, and a box fan in every bedroom as well (a must for white noise!). Mattress and pillows were comfy, and all the towels and linens were clean and soft. This place is truly the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in, and Michelle is a super responsive and friendly host!

The place is as described therefore we enjoyed our stay. Though I would recommend for the host to have more cooking pots that could be used on the portable stove.

Elizabeth was very quick and responsive with all of her replies. She gave my family and myself a tour before we settled in. She was overly sweet. The house was actually pretty spacious as well. Definitely will be recommending her to friends and family if not used by myself ☺️

This was our second time staying at Homer and Rose’s, and we couldn’t be happier! The location is incredibly convenient to APH, making it a perfect choice for our visits. Homer and Rose go above and beyond with thoughtful touches that truly make the apartment feel like home—whether it’s the plush towels, fresh pillows, or even the soft toilet paper. We will definitely be returning for another stay!

If you’ve never visited College Park, this is one of the most peaceful areas in Orlando. The neighborhoods are so walkable. If you like evening walks, especially once night falls, if you pass two cars in an hour, I’d be surprised. It’s so peaceful and calm and literally minutes from downtown it’s almost 15 minutes walking from downtown.there’s lots to do beautiful little area not too expensive very calm lots of restaurants easy to get to the highway. This place is very affordable and the pool is nice very calm and comfortable and safe and very very private.

Stayed a month at Rob's place as I was in the Orlando area for work. It was a great stay. I really liked the space. Very private, quiet, and clean. Lot's of light provided from the sliding door with nice outdoor views. I liked that parking was right at the entrance of the unit. Rob was also very responsive and accommodating. I also liked the area which had some nice shopping and food nearby. Publix grocery store, target, Dada Indian Cuisine. Would stay again.

Steven’s place was a gem! Super clean and very accessible. Steven was very responsive and helpful in any questions I had. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for a couple nights to see some friends in the area. It’s private and cozy - we loved the fire feature. It was nice being so close to a bunch of great bars and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Amos was an awesome host. All questions were answered in a timely manner. The suite was beautiful. More than expected. The picture does give it justice but in person it was more beautiful. We will definitely patronize this place again in the near future.

We greatly enjoyed staying at Andre & Felipe's place! It was very spacious and very clean. In a good location to get to other areas in Orlando and Kissimmee. It was very quiet and peaceful at night. Our dogs enjoyed staying here as well! We definitely recommend Andre & Felipe's place.

We will definitely be visiting this studio again, and any other places they have listed. The nicest couple ever as well as very informative, and responded quickly to our messages and calls. We loved the studio, the pool, the boat slip with lift, the beautiful surroundings and the peace and quiet. I truly cannot express how wonderful these hosts and this place made my 60th birthday vacation!

Richard was super responsive and flexible! There were 4 of us in town for a wedding and it was a comfortable amount of space. Decor was very nice and everything was very clean! While not a lot to do in the immediate vicinity, it was a close drive to Winter Park and about 30-40 min to the airport. There are discount codes for ride share and food delivery services which was a nice touch. Overall great stay especially for the price!

Property was just as it looks in the pictures. Not only that there was a lot of restaurants in the surrounding area as well as places to take cute pictures. The home was super clean and had many things you could use if there was anything you forgot to pack! Got a bit confused on finding the place only because I didn’t read the instructions correctly, so please read the instructions!!! Overall, I was happy with my stay and me and my friends enjoyed our night there. Would definitely book again in the future!!!

Overall, very happy with my stay. The only thing I think should be noted is that the tap water in this area has a very strong sulfur smell. I'm particularly sensitive to smell/taste and I had to use bottled water to brush my teeth & wash my face. Other than the water, I had 0 issues!

Awesome!! Cozy, clean and affordable! Perfect for my 3 nights trip to orlando, the water pressure in the shower is spectacular, quiet neighborhood, the host was really friendly and nice, bed was comfortable and is also a 5 min walk park of golf that we walked in the morning that I completely loved! This is a 10/10 for me definitely would recommend. Thanks!

Had a great quick stay at Ovenis’s! Ovenis was a great host and the place was exactly what we were hoping for and more.

thank you for letting us stay at your place. the outside was amazing. the gazebo especially was a perfect place to give my girlfriend her promise ring. our check-in time was flexible, the room was perfect for a couple, and lumpy (the outside cat) was to die for. a wonderful experience overall.

This is a wonderfully cozy little space, extremely well-placed for anyone wanting to explore the Orlando area, and very comfy for any nights in! (My partner and I had a bit of both!) The neighborhood was quite cozy too, and felt safe. Check in was simple, only issue was on me for not triple checking instructions and opening the wrong door in the dark. Hosts were responsive when we needed them and have active notes on ways they can go above and beyond if requested, though we didn't need to make any special requests with how well-supplied the place was and well-explained the amenities. A comfortable getaway!
