Vacation rentals with a kayak in Lake County

Absolutely beautiful house, our family had a fantastic time! Perfect place to unplug for a couple days and enjoy the serenity and amenities on the lake. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back and couldn’t recommend staying here enough. The sunsets, sunrises and stargazing were out of this world!

We there for a wedding and it was real to that which was awesome.

My wife and 2 dogs stayed here to ride out the hurricane and it was so beautiful! The hosts were super responsive and took care of any issues we had right away! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Our stay at this lakefront property was amazing! The location is perfect—15 minutes to downtown Winter Park and its great restaurants, and close to Leu and Mead Gardens. The lake view with a private dock was stunning, and the large screened patio with tables, deck chairs, and a hammock was perfect for relaxing. The house was spotless and well-maintained, with two living rooms for gathering and a kitchen stocked with spices, coffee, tea, and cookware. They even had an EV charger for our Tesla, which was a huge bonus! The hosts were incredibly responsive, often replying within minutes. This home is ideal for families or groups of friends. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

We have such high praise for Vicki’s place! This gem is tucked away in Groveland and surrounded by nature and beauty! The house is perfect! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to preparing food and more. Homemade pumpkin bread was such a treat! We kayaked on the lake and enjoyed the outdoors! So many pluses to this rental! Vicki was a wonderful host and we’d love to return one day soon!

This home was just as described. The furnishings were very comfortable, and we loved the mattress in the bedroom we slept in. My husband and I have stayed in many vacation rentals, both in and out of the state, and this one is by far the best one! Can't recommend it enough.

Beautiful home with perfect surrounding for our stay.

Of all the places I’ve rented while traveling, this one was my favorite. Quiet natural location, beautiful setting, yet close enough to a few small towns for entertainment, restaurants and groceries. Ocala nation forest is within an hour north and Orlando about the same distance south, making this a perfect stay no matter what activities you’d like to get into while here. However, I honestly spent more time just relaxing at the Airbnb than I usually do, since the property was so lovely. 10/10 Would stay again.

The hosts were very informative since the moment I booked their cabin. They gave me details about what the cabin has, what restaurants are around, what activities you can do, what attractions are popular and what attractions are closest to the cabin. In every message, the host was very nice and response time was quick. I loved the personalization of putting the last name every time the host referred to my family. The host was really nice in advising us that the last party checked out the night before and out of courtesy they were allowing us to check in as early as we desired without extra charge along with two pictures of the lake with bonfire ready for us. When we got there, everything was cleaned and picked up. When we walked in the kitchen we were surprised with a huge welcome goodie basket. Chips, cereal, candy, chocolate, doughnuts, mints, nuts, oatmeal…I mean what didn’t it have. Then right next to it, another basket with full supplies to make s’mores. Thank you!

Beautiful log cabin in the woods sitting on a beautiful lake where you could watch the sunset from the back porch. When working in the area again this will definitely be my first choice.

Beautiful sanctuary in a quiet location. Loved being lakeside with a dock for sitting and fishing. Full amenities onsite and attentive host. Highly recommended location for a special occasion or weekend of solitude.

The cabin was beautiful! Perfect location for trips in to Tavares, Mt Dora, and Eustis. Conveniently located to whatever you may need yet quiet and relaxing.
