The location was great! Very easy to get to both Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing by golf cart. The view out the back of Debbie’s home was so calming .. lots of birds, water, large trees with Spanish moss! Having coffee every morning on the screened in porch was a highlight! The villages has so much to offer. Debbie got us guest passes and we took line dance and Zumba classes. So fun! Debbie was very prompt in responding to our questions , offering suggestions and advice.

James was a great host! The property was awesome and we felt right at home! Very safe and friendly neighborhood! Wonderful place to stay!

Perhaps the one of the best Airbnb in the country, amazing host, communication and of course the place is awesome, had everything one needs to feel home, private, very quiet. Have to come back for sure! Thank you ~

Great place close to downtown Orlando. Highly recommend for any groups looking to travel to Orlando and take away the hassle of staying downtown.

Mt Dora is just a wonderful small town, central FL on one of a chain of lakes. Lots of shopping & restaurants along with millions of Christmas lights lighting up the town this time of year. Maria's beautiful home was a perfect stay for us and our adult daughter. Everything we needed was supplied. The photos are exact, but the house is much more perfect than the photos, and squeeky clean. Would definitely stay again when in Mt Dora!

We stayed at this location for the bass master fishing tournament. The location was great and close the the Venetian garden marina. The pool was perfect and warm and the house was beautiful. The boat were super friendly and attentive to our needs with immediate response (the pool temp).

Edwin’s place was in a quiet area with decent food options nearby (Walmart less than 10 minutes away). We stayed here for EDC Orlando and this spot was only about a 20 minute Uber away from the stadium. Edwin was very responsive and accommodating!

This was my birthday weekend and I must say I was left speechless at how affordable and huge the house was. I enjoyed every bit of the house.

Great neighborhood, park the car and walk to many different restaurants, bars, or Lake Eola. Juan’s apartment was, clean, comfortable, and big. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something in the area!

The room was great, looked exactly like the photos. Lake Eola Park and Thornton are a 10 minute drive away or walkable if you’re feeling adventurous. Plenty of spices and seasonings in the kitchen to whip up some home cooked meals.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Andrea was an amazing host, very responsive and detailed oriented. I had no trouble getting to the apartment and once I was in I was amazed! The apartment is thoroughly cleaned with great amenities. I was able to walk around the neighborhood peacefully and enjoy local stores. The gym and pool area was great as well! Book this apartment! 😊

We had a great stay at the apartment. The location was quiet and relaxing. My parents stayed in the adjoining apartment and Garry opened the connecting door for our daughter to be able to easily go back and forth, which was a highlight for her. The apartment was clean and very spacious. We would recommend this place to others!

The place was totally renovated, Spotless, everything was furnished. We loved the washer and dryer in the unit, beautiful kitchen, new bathrooms, beautiful living room, leather couch, neighbors were quiet and very friendly. We could walk to grocery stores. , restaurants, shopping, park Avenue . We sat by the lake, just a few doors down everyday . Price was very affordable. This was our favorite place to stay, we stayed 6 weeks .

We had a lovely stay at this condo. The room is huge with plenty of space for me and my husband. The views off the 7th floor balcony are breathtaking! The sunrise was absolutely beautiful! You'll never get tired of the 360 view of the entire lake ! Also you can see Disney fireworks every night from right outside the front door there's another balcony, u can also take the elevator to the 21st floor and watch them from the balcony there as well. There's several stores nearby, Walgreens across the street , Subway, Dollar tree ,and gift shops right in the front parking lot of Blue Heron. Also many good restaurants nearby that are walkable . Overall our stay was great! Definitely recommend Asad's condo. Would stay here again! Thank you!

always s good comfortable stay away from home , Jeff and his wife were very attentive for whatever was needed, from as small as using the thermostat to constantly checking on us during the hurricanes, making our nerves feel a bit better ,( again it was still hurricanes ) but we really appreciated that they were concerned. that made us feel good.. thanks Jeff. can't wait to stay again... thanx...

I spent a wonderful 5 weeks at Bob’s place. The apartment smelled great and was lovely and clean when I arrived. The reception was open until 11pm to supply me with a key so there was no stress getting there. The view from the living room is spectacular, the pool was always clean and the gym on site was an added bonus as I was training for the Orlando half Marathon. Bob was very responsive and helpful when I had any questions. I can happily recommend this apartment as a great base for the Orlando area.

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable and spacious. We loved the view from the balcony & main bedroom, as we watched the breathtaking sunrise over the lake every morning. At night we could step out on the back side (shared space) of condo to watch Disney & Epcot Fireworks in the distance. The pool, hot tub, and tiki bar was a great place to relax after a day at the "Parks". My daughter loved the wooden pier & walking path. The amenities, all the extras, are above & beyond what was mentioned in listing. We decided to go with an A B&B because we were traveling with my elderly mother, sister & daughter & we were seeking additional space & we got exactly that. We could not have been more pleased. The drive to the Disney Parks was easy from this location. We loved that we were walking distance (thru the parking lot) to 2 Disney Stores, subway, miniature Golf & a dollar store. Chick Filet is across the street. We couldn't have been more pleased.
