Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lake County

Our stay on the river was wonderful. Lots of room, excellent river view from the house, great outdoor seating facing the river, and convenient to have a covered boat dock for our boat. Denise was quick to respond with any questions we had and she was extremely kind and accommodating when we had boat trailer troubles on the day of our departure. Denise’s place is definitely a good place to stay if you are looking to fish on the river or enjoy the lake (which is only a short boat ride from the house!).

Carlos is extremely responsive and accommodating with our requests for hangers and cookwares. The house is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again when we are in town next time.

James' listing was exactly what my family needed to gather together and celebrate Christmas. We all had our own separate living space and the openness of the kitchen and den area gave us plenty of room to gather together. The pool looked very inviting but the coolness of the season stopped us from plunging in. When we discovered a need for additional towels James was very quick to respond and had towels delivered in short order. Thanks James for a delightful stay.

I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs through the years and this home was the best stocked home I’ve ever occupied. I went with my husband my dog, my 14 year old son and 3 of his friends. Arrival was easy, the house was immaculate and fully stocked. We were in the area for 3 full days. We did Magic kingdom the first day and it was approximately a 30 minute drive, you can get an Uber for $30.:. The second day we spent just “putting around” at the house. The four boys had plenty of stuff to entertain them while the dog roamed the backyard and my husband and I relaxed on the comfortable couch in front of the huge flat screen. The bunk room was perfect for the boys to chill out in between mini golf, Corn Hole and Dodgeball games… The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The third day we left the home and drove 6 minutes to Universal. The whole trip was seamless. A huge shout out to James and Fabian! We will surely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Great place close to downtown Orlando. Highly recommend for any groups looking to travel to Orlando and take away the hassle of staying downtown.

The cozy cottage offered a delightful escape from the everyday hustle. Every detail, from the plush linens to the fresh flowers, spoke of thoughtful hospitality. The serene garden provided a tranquil space for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The location was perfectly situated for exploring nearby attractions and local eateries. I highly recommend this charming retreat for a truly memorable getaway.

The house was clean and lovely. The furniture was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great once we figured out how to turn the heat on. The host was very responsive to our questions. We really appreciated having the high chair for our grandson. Overall, great stay!

The place is a bit smaller than may seem on the pictures, but is very well planned and taken care off. Checkin/check-out is very easy and self-serviced, which I really appreciate. Most of all, Paul who came to get the place cleaned as we were checking out, was a wicked nice Bostonian who didnt make us feel rushed and gave us great recommendations for how to spend a day in Orlando before we head out to the airport later in the day. Much appreciated and will hopefully be back !

Could use some updating to the toilets and water system as it had a light smell. Other than that it was clean and a nice stay. I would stay there again.

Andrea’s place was nothing short of amazing and convenient. His instructions to checking in and checking out is very simple. The apartment is clean and neat that comes with pool and gym access. There are many restaurants around and even a Publix around the corner if you like cooking. Andrea’s communication with us is very responsive and clear. He is very nice and a great host. Highly recommend this place!

I really couldn't have asked for a better stay for the 3 nights I needed. The unit is very spacious, clean, has all amenities needed to feel like home. It's quiet, feels very private, and in one of the best locations in the Orlando core area. Highly recommended.

The Studio was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, romantic. We had a great stay. Everything was in great condition except for a minor issue with the tub's jets. When I first turned them on, some gunk/dirt came out, but after draining the tub and rinsing the jets out, it worked perfectly. Overall, it didn’t detract from the experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

The place was totally renovated, Spotless, everything was furnished. We loved the washer and dryer in the unit, beautiful kitchen, new bathrooms, beautiful living room, leather couch, neighbors were quiet and very friendly. We could walk to grocery stores. , restaurants, shopping, park Avenue . We sat by the lake, just a few doors down everyday . Price was very affordable. This was our favorite place to stay, we stayed 6 weeks .

Location was convenient to downtown. Host was responsive and friendly. Space matched the listing details and was great for a couples trip.

We had a great stay in Vista Cay. We loved being close to the pool. It was very quiet at night and our condo was as expected. There were a few very worn areas on the couch and rug. The beds were comfortable and we had ample space. We would definitely stay again.

I came to visit Orlando for the weekend. Teresa’s condo was beautiful and in great condition! Teresa was very responsive and helpful! I gave everything a 5 star the only exception was I feel for the money there should have been more supplies ie: paper towels, garbage bags dish soap etc. Everything was amazing! I would definitely consider staying again the next time I visit Orlando.

We had a great stay! Everything was so close to the location, and we had no issues whatsoever throughout our entire stay. Bob was very accommodating with everything that we needed. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Super responsive host and was always positive. We would definitely recommend any stay with Bob, and especially in this location. It was clean and close to anything that we needed.

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable and spacious. We loved the view from the balcony & main bedroom, as we watched the breathtaking sunrise over the lake every morning. At night we could step out on the back side (shared space) of condo to watch Disney & Epcot Fireworks in the distance. The pool, hot tub, and tiki bar was a great place to relax after a day at the "Parks". My daughter loved the wooden pier & walking path. The amenities, all the extras, are above & beyond what was mentioned in listing. We decided to go with an A B&B because we were traveling with my elderly mother, sister & daughter & we were seeking additional space & we got exactly that. We could not have been more pleased. The drive to the Disney Parks was easy from this location. We loved that we were walking distance (thru the parking lot) to 2 Disney Stores, subway, miniature Golf & a dollar store. Chick Filet is across the street. We couldn't have been more pleased.
