Villa vacation rentals in Lake Chapala

The condo was very nice and clean. Extremely comfortable place to stay. Friendly neighbors. Owner was responsive and property manager, Eric, was great to work with. Suggestions for owner: Provide two sets of keys; was told address was incorrect as it's in West Ajijic, not San Antonio; and would be nice to have a binder with instructions about WIFI, local retail, and maybe pages for renters to make recommendations about activities for the incoming folks. Overall, happy with the place - comfortable bed and pillows. Thank you!

The house is at the shore of the Chapala Lake, an unbeatable location. Very well cared for and extremely clean. It has a couple that takes care of it and cleans the garden daily. It has 4 bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 beds and 3 bathrooms in total. A fully-equipped kitchen. A splendid garden with an exceptional view. Rafael was a great host. The little details that came up were immediately corrected. We had a very pleasant stay and with a lot of desire to be back

Great listing with the perfect luxury home feel. Sort of a walk from the plaza principal but still well located to other businesses. Loved this place and hope to stay again soon!

It is a great place- secure, easy to find, and close to restaurants, stores, and Chapala Lake. The home is clean, and the host was responsive to my questions. The only improvement would be the hot water, as there was none. However, the weather was hot during my stay, and I did not mind the cold water. Overall, it was a great experience and I recommend it.

It's a little pricy for the area, but it is a spectacular home with every amenity you need . Huge kitchen, great dining room and living room with comfortable furniture. A large-screen smart TV is there - not wired to any service, so bring your Netflix/Amazon passwords. The big screened-in patio surrounded by the gardens was a beautiful spot to sit and have coffee in the morning. It is a bit of a walk to the town plaza, but a very pleasant one along the lake - the malecon starts just 60 yards away from the entrance to this private road. In Ajijic, one doesn't have to walk great distances, but the sidewalks and roads are challenging if you have bad knees. The roads are well maintained, but they are cobblestone. Taxis are readily available in the plaza or by phone during the daytime. Even though we were on a late flight - getting in around 9:00 PM, we were met at the gate and shown around and provided with keys and a gate remote. It was a great stay for a small family get-together.

It was our first time staying in Ajjjic we really enjoyed our stay it was beautiful peaceful and close enough to all the action . Parking on the premises was a plus! Really enjoyed the friendly dogs ready to greet us . Esteban was a great host and very responsive. Thank you will definitely come stay again.

Beautiful peaceful place, very close to the boardwalk and little downtown area of Jocotepec. Convincente store right across the street. Comfortable beds, hot water showers, large kitchen and living area. Will definitely consider staying here again!

Our stay was amazing. The house and its amenities were very clean and in good condition. The pool was in perfect temperature we could enjoy until very night with the children, with a very nice view. Viridiana who is the person in charge of receiving us, she is very kind and very attentive and responded very quickly when we had any questions. No doubt it was 10/10 the place

We visit Lake Chapala each year and this was our first time staying in the Raquet Club area. The neighborhood and home felt very safe, and the views from the hill are incredible. We stayed at Sara’s house with a few little kids and 5 adults, and there was plenty of space. The pool was warm and had shallower spaces for the kids to play. The 2 kitchens made meals super accessible, whether we were hanging outside or inside. The 4 bedrooms upstairs had comfortable beds. And there were many bathrooms. One bedroom had a leak in the en suite bathroom and Sara sent workers to attend to it immediately. There was a lingering in that bathroom the duration of our stay, though. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and the pool, and appreciated all the clean towels Sara had ready! We ate at the restaurants on the hill and loved the family one! It was only open fri-sun 1pm-8pm, and I would recommend making a reservation in case there are parties. Overall it was a fabulous stay, would recommend!
