Family-friendly vacation rentals in Lake Chapala

During our stay we had an incident at the home and we contacted the co-host & she was very friendly & helpful. We covered the expenses for the damage caused & they only asked us to cover 50%. They were always very responsive when contacted.

The house is very nice, very comfortable, large and well-kept garden, heated pool, super fun slide, jacuzzi also very rich. The help of carlos and karina always the best attitude for everything, rounds out a most comfortable vacation. Grateful with the opportunity to stay there, I would have loved to stay longer. 100% Recommended

With a wide view towards Chapala Lagoon, it is a very pleasant place to disconnect and experience nature. They welcomed us very kindly and gave the necessary instructions. I highly recommend it

Very good option for a relaxing weekend with the family , the house is very spacious and everything is very clean.

Elisa as a host is the best. She is attentive, responsive and helpful. She answered any questions we had before moving in and provides us with several items we asked for after we moved in. We extended our stay for longer with her. The area is private and away from the loud and busy highway. Monday to Thursday it is SUPER quiet with not too many other weekenders. Fri, Sat and Sun bring many more people from the surrounding area and Guadalajara for their weekends. Most are respectful of the quiet hours. One thing to note is that the grounds are very beautiful. To maintain them in this condition takes work. And workers. And noise. If you are staying (longer term) you should note that the watering, cutting, trimming and blowing happens almost every day, somewhere on the property. The moments where there is not work happening is pure bliss and one of the quietest places we have ever stayed in Mexico! No barking dogs, no chickens, no roosters, no traffic noise....pure bliss. ;)

The house is very well located, on one side you have a view of the lake and from the other to the mountain, there is a nice green and small area with ambient temperature water to relax and soak up the sun. The house was spotless, tidy, clean, everything worked... I would stay here next time.

They greeted us in person and showed us around. They were available if we needed anything and the airbnb was around convenient stores, restaurants etc. We felt safe and it was nice and clean.

This place is beautiful and an amazing slice of Aijic! The place is very spacious and well decorated, our group felt comfortable with our rooms and bathrooms and the living area and kitchen were clean and good for large groups. We found it easy to navigate conversing with the hosts and the couple on the grounds were very kind and helpful. The best part of this pace is truly the outdoor space with the pool and terrace overlooking the lake!!

Very nice place, super comfortable, very early or at night there is no noise, only they are building the house next door and there is noise like for 8 hours. The host is very attentive and always responds. I would definitely come back, I recommend it 👍🏼

Everything was like the photos, the people in charge of the accommodation were always aware and helping us when we required them, very friendly and helpful, everything in order, clean and at our disposal; enough towels and blankets for when the afternoon fell and it was cool! We will definitely be back, thank you for everything ✨

Great quiet location with a beautiful view of the lake. Access by foot to the main road and the malecon was facilitated by the pedestrian walkway. Great outdoor patio where we had all our meals and relaxed on the roomy furniture. We loved the place and felt at home.

Beautiful peaceful place, very close to the boardwalk and little downtown area of Jocotepec. Convincente store right across the street. Comfortable beds, hot water showers, large kitchen and living area. Will definitely consider staying here again!

Excellent service, the place is very relaxing and the pool is almost always alone (the water is not temperate). It could improve the cleanliness and furniture of the house.
