We had a great experience at Dexter’s place. We are a group of 13 people on a family road trip and finding a place that could host all of us is always challenging. We were lucky to find Dexter’s place available on such a short notice. Everything was clean, comfortable and nice. We had a great time and we appreciate his help

I loved this place. I wish I could have stayed longer. Just be aware that there are a lot of barking dogs in the area. It doesn't cause a problem most of the time, but they can get rather loud.

Lovely place! Well equipped and clean. Close to everything you need and very private at the same time. The host (Jane) responded very fast and kind. Would definitely recommend! :)

The place has stunning views of Lake Atitlan; the price is absolutely worth it. take note that the accommodation is in a mountain, you will need a few minutes (15min) of the market in order to get to the main street of San Marcos as well as the water taxi. otherwise you can take a tuk-tuk; however be careful on the price to pay!!!

Phyllis is a wonderful host. She and Blaine have an absolutely gorgeous property; the pictures don't do it justice. We actually booked a different part of the property now and plan to stay much longer if we can! We love it here. It's a perfect distance from town so it's quiet and secluded, but still close enough so that walking is great. Would highly recommend this place. The wifi is great. Lovely cozy space. Stunning Views. Wonderful Airbnb!! The place was ideal for my week stay, very close to everything San Pedro has to offer and felt super safe the whole time. The place was really clean and the huge bed was really comfortable; great pillows. The rooftop was an added bonus as well, great views of the lake and very peacful up there, had the entire spot to myself the whole time. Would book again without a doubt. :)

A place with various conditions to relax, especially for the amenities, we loved the view of the lake and the volcano, recommended!!

Loved staying at Casa Madera for a couple nights! They were very friendly and even flexible with my check in time. Very convenient and comfortable.

We had 3 nights at Stefan’s birdnest / AirBnB. It’s a beautiful cultural center where locals, turists and open minded can meet up and get together. I love the idea and the spirit. There was even a DJ event on our first night, which Stefan told us before we booked. All in all we had a great time there. Thank you

I felt immediately at home in Tzanabaj! Nico and Venus are great hosts and I loved my studio! right by the lake, peaceful, while also close to the city center (10 min tuk tuk), where the restaurants and supermarkets can be found. There is also a beautiful community living in the other houses, so you can have your privacy and socialise with other like-minded people if you want. Totally recommend!

Everything was great from the reservation, the stay and the exit of the apartment, excellent service and very friendly.

Simple accommodation with a view to die for. the chairs should be upgraded to enjoy the patio better, but we were really happy to stay here. You need a tuktuk to town to enjoy the place comfortably, but distance wise its possible to walk. Recommended!

The place is very nice. Very accurate photos. Norma, who attended and delivered the place is very friendly. Communication was very quick and accessible.

A very comfortable apartment. With a spectacular view. Very tasty restaurant food and good service. Comfortable beds. We didn't use the kitchen so I can't give an opinion. Drinking water available. Functional TVs. A nearby park with hiking, butterfly, and canopy options. Clear instructions for entry and exit. Friendly and flexible service.

This was a great stay! The Airbnb host was very easy to get in touch with, checked in to make sure I had everything I needed, and was overall very welcoming. Traveling solo, I felt very safe here with two locked doors (code entry) go thru to get to my unit. WiFi was fantastic for working/zoom calls. Will definitely be back!

The Villa is spacious and there’s a lot of hang-out areas. The whole family enjoyed the private jacuzzi and the board games in the living room. Hans and Juan were very helpful and responsive to all our questions. We also had room cleaning in the middle of our stay so thats really nice! The place is quite far from all other towns. The wifi was not stable sometimes.

Miguel was extremely quick and helpful to respond. The whole on-site team were fantastic, with the breakfast a real stand-out. Genuinely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed and 100% come back if I ever return to Lake Atitlan.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The views from the balcony are spectacular and we were able to relax and unwind. Our host was responsive and helpful. The building and facilities are very well maintained. We enjoyed using the pool, hot tub and game room downstairs. The listing says that breakfast was included but we weren’t aware that we would be cooking it ourselves.. We loved our time here and hope to return soon!
