We had a great time here, I would definitely come back. The location, the nature, and the whole experience was just awesome. If you're considering a trip, I would definitely book it. No complaints. Loved the hot tub!

We had a great time visiting Big Bear! Definitely recommend treating yourself to Pickle’s Pie, so delicious! We bought a chicken pot pie to cook in the cozy kitchen, it was a nice end to the day. Our little dog had so much fun exploring the trails and playing in the leftover snow. Sugarloaf is a nice quiet neighborhood & conveniently located. John and his staff made sure all our needs were met! Thank you!

Kingston was so kind and proactive. He made it so easy to check in and check out, very clearly provided all the info needed. The place was spotless and so cute! The hot tub was clean and perfectly hot. My dog had a great time chasing squirrels in the fenced in backyard.

Our first stay in lake arrowhead and the bar is set high! Jessie’s beautiful home was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved it so much, (we even had a hard time getting them to do things away from the house Lol!) -The backyard was spacious and fun, swing set is in great shape and hot tub clean! -The house was very clean and comfortable, Dust free :) -Restaurants and stores, coffee are about a 8 min drive away -Kitchen was spacious and easy, beds soft! -TVs in all the rooms which was soo appreciated -Games to play -Jessie is personable and communicative, her responses are timely! We had a little trouble with the grill, just needed a deep clean IMO. There isn’t any condiments and few spices so prepare to byo everything kitchen related! Overall a 5 star stay! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend! Thank you Jessie!!

Barry and Van were great hosts, and very accommodating to our family and pups. We felt right at home, and would definitely stay again.

We can’t wait to go back! Cozy is the perfect word to describe this cabin! Location is great with a circle K walking distance (literally around the corner), the lake is very close, it’s also close to snow play areas and Boulder Bay park. Kelly is very good at communicating and was very understanding when my 4 year old accidentally broke a cup coaster. We are very excited to come back! Thank you Kelly.

Had a great time staying here, the house was clean and as stated in the description. Brought our two dogs with us and they loved the spacious backyard. The hot tub was very clean and perfect to wind down after a day hiking. We used the kitchen during our stay and they had all items we needed for our cooking, made us feel right at home. Will definitely come back again.

We enjoyed our stay. The space was very clean and comfortable. The backyard is beautiful! The white noise machines were a must use. There was also clear communication between us and the hosts. Really appreciated our stay.

My family and I had a great time. The home was beautiful and spacious, with VERY responsive hosts which was great. I had a small issue with the pool heater where I couldn’t figure out how to turn it back on and the Host was quick(within minutes) to call and guide me. I would stay here again.

We had a great few days at Stephen’s place while visiting family in LA. The house is in a beautiful setting, with good views across the city and lovely gardens. We felt very relaxed there and really enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and garden hammock. We would definitely look to stay there again when we return to LA another time.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and looks exactly as advertised. Nathan was very kind and accommodating to our needs and was nice enough to show us around the place once we arrived. Overall i had no complaints whatsoever and I would definitely recommend this place if you’re staying in the area. Thank you for hosting us!

The house was the perfect size for our group (two adults, two teens). The backyard was lush with mature plants, which made it feel very private, and the pool was bigger than we expected it to be. The house itself was clean, well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The house was a quick drive from everywhere we went in Oceanside. The bathroom off the primary bedroom was a bit small, but manageable. Katie was a great host and I would stay here again!

It was beautiful cute and cozy! Walkable to a lot of restaurants downtown.

We spent an entire month at The Perfect Place after losing our home in the Eaton Fires. It was the perfect amount of space for 2 dogs and 2 humans :) the kitchen was very well equipped and we even cooked at home a couple times. The couch is super comfy for TV watching or just hanging out: We took some really beautiful walks and LOVED some of the restaurants around there. James was very responsive and sweet to us. Thank you! Wonderful stay! We travelled with our family and have a toddler. The house was very accommodating for our family with a whole room full of toys and books, even high chair! We took advantage of the sand toys that were in the house as well. Clean house and had everything we needed to make dinners. Shawn would proactively text us if we needed anything and gave some yummy local places to eat that we can walk to. Overall a great trip! Thanks Shawn!

This house was amazing on every level! The location was fantastic for our week-long stay on Los Angeles. SO many things close by and Travis was th best host we have ever experienced! He was so responsive and flexible and the house literally had so mnay things if you needed them. Our stay was so top notch i want the corporate people at Airbnb to model everything the way Travis does it because it was just so spectacular The location was amazing and so close to everything! THIS HOUSE IS A MUST RENT, it was a fantastic experience!

Great spot conveniently located near the freeway and downtown Encinitas! Courtney is a great host who communicated quickly and anticipated any needs we would have. The house was clean, cozy, and had ample blankets, towels, dishes, etc. Courtney went the extra mile and decorated for Christmas since we were there for the holidays. Highly recommend this spot!

Craig was very responsive and helpful. The place was exactly as pictured and for being in a very LA type location it was still relatively quiet throughout the day and night. We were a group of girls traveling and we really appreciated the makeup towels provided in the bathroom. Lots of cleaning supplies and was exactly as pictured.

Highly recommend this well-appointed spot in Pomona! The house was exactly as described and pictured - clean, pleasant, and spacious. Ann and Joel were responsive, helpful, and made checking in and out such a breeze. The backyard, right down to the patio, fairy lights, and space to run around with a toddler, was exactly what I was looking for. And because of the lemon and orange trees, and the jasmine that blooms around the neighborhood, walking out your door is a bit like lighting a Jo Malone candle. Would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting friends or family in the area, or for anyone who’s attending the nearby (in walking distance!) LA County Fair and want to make a weekend of it.

Tony’s place was great! It was exactly what we were looking for and needed! It felt homey, cozy and had all that we would need. I will definitely stay here again!
