Monthly Rentals in La Conchita

Had a wonderful month-long stay at Ryan’s cabin in Ojai. After staying for 30 days, here are my takeaways! Pro's: + Such a comfortable bed. Like, the softest sheets and mattress ever. The upstairs loft/bed in general is so cozy and peaceful +The location, right across from a nature preserve w/ some beautiful views + Quiet. Ryan's cabin is tucked behind his house, so you are away from the street. Con's: - The internet was 70-80% dependable. Sometimes frustrating as I couldn't stream shows from my laptop or do research for my work - The driveway was awfully dark. I sometimes felt afraid walking down the driveway alone at night as a single woman (also there were a lot of raccoons!) - The courtyard is really small and along a fence, bit smaller than pictured - I cook a lot, and found some of the materials (like knives and cutting boards) to not be that great - There weren't a lot of cleaning supplies on hand (spray, extra sponges) All in all I'd stay again, it's a wonderful home.

This sweet little cottage was the perfect spot to stay in Carpenteria! The description is just right, very comfortable, clean, quiet, an easy walk to the beach and a great value. Also, a very short walk to downtown with lots of fun little shops to poke around in and many really good restaurants! Danny was very communicative and quickly answered the few questions we had. We highly recommend staying here and will choose it again if we're in the area.

Beautiful little cottage downsides from the main house, private, contained everything we needed. A little smaller than i had thought but it wasn't a problem. Didn't use the kitchen though it had a microwave, air fryer, camping stove burners, sink, water heater, tea, coffee, salt, cinnamon. Lots of outdoor seating to look at the nice view. Bed was very comfortable and soft.

Julie’s place was better than the photos even, very peaceful and felt very safe. Julie was also super friendly, accommodating and responsive!
