Monthly Rentals in Kumhausen

Fabian is very nice, helpful, always there immediately if you have any questions. Location of the apartment extremely central, downstairs directly a supermarket, car is great in the underground car park right next to the elevator. You are in the middle of the city center and quickly on foot or by bike on the Isar, where you can find great bike paths along the river. Will definitely come back. Great space. Thank you Fabian.

I stayed at the apartment for five weeks. Everything was great. Everything here and as described, super clean. Shops and bus stop, so to speak. Rolf is a super friendly host, and always easy to reach. Highly recommend.
