Step outside for sun-soaked alfresco breakfasts at this peaceful pad with classic parquet floors and a cool, neutral color palette. Head out for a day at one of the nearby beaches, then relax tired muscles in the hot tub overlooking the sea beyond. The space is very big and comfortable with three sleeping rooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen and living area or connected in one big space so I'm sure cooking would be fun. But I'm sure the most time that you are not on the beach you will be spending on the big terrace that is really amazing.. with sun loungers and hot tub with a fantastic sea view. The guest have the whole apartment for themselves to enjoy.. While you flip stakes (or better fish?) on garden barbeque, kids can play in the garden. The apartment is tucked away on a quiet street a few minutes' drive from the old town. Head to the nearby beaches, while away evenings at local eateries, and take laid-back sunset strolls. Within a few hundred meters you can find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, gas station, local bus station. Or even better you can leave your car on shaded parking places and just walk down to the beach. The apartment is fully equipped (inc. AC, premium HiFi, hot tub, washing machine, hair dryer, iron etc..) Towels and linen are provided. The price on airbnb is final, there are no additional taxes. There is no deposit.. In other words you have everything You may need to carefree enjoy your holidays.

The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful time staying at this villa and particularly adored the view! The outside space and pool is perfect to enjoy many a sunset and view of the beautiful countryside and lake! The inside of the villa is beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was great for when we wanted to cook at the villa but there is also a lovely restaurant 15mins walk away that we went to twice as it was delicious and very reasonably priced. Danijel was so accommodating with our flight times as well as organising an amazing boat trip that took all the stress out of a great day out! There are so many beautiful places to visit and we would particularly recommend the salt lake and plitvice lakes national park! We can't emphasis enough how stunning the view is, it was breathtaking and really made it an even more relaxing holiday. We will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful stay in the villa as a family of 4. The pool was clean and heated. The house was well equipped. There was a great grill available, but we didn't use it. The contact with our hosts was always friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the great time and attention on the day of arrival. Highly recommended from our side.

The stay was really great. We were 9 people and could really take advantage of the house. We were warmly welcomed and were able to find a meat platter and a sweet dessert. The bathrooms were clean and everything was tidy. For food, the gas stove worked great and you could decide whether to eat inside or outside. In the game room you could play billiards or use the foosball table. Some games were already in the box. If you wanted to watch TV, there were also 2 large TVs. In the evening, we went back to the hot tub and made a fire at the fireplace and the evening was perfect. For shopping, you can quickly reach the nearest supermarket by car. Overall, a great villa that is clean, with a great host. We'd love to come back, especially at this fair price! Thanks!

Marija and her brother Frane were very great hosts who were quick to communicate with. The modern house is divided into two separate apartments, which are almost identically constructed (the lower apartment also has a separate toilet) The pool with some salt water and the built-in whirlpool jets is an absolute highlight and was pleasantly warm even in the colder evening hours. Overall, the entire property and house was very clean and spacious, which makes the stay of a larger group very pleasant. To Zadar you drive approx. 20-25 minutes, but there are also some good and delicious restaurants relatively close within a short drive.

We had a great time at Sanja and Ivan's house. It is a very nice and stylishly furnished house. All necessary utensils are available for the stay. We especially loved the outdoor area with the pool, the barbecue corner and the beautiful olive trees. We had our dog with us and he also had a great time. The sea was within 5 minutes. The dog beach was not too far away either. Sukošan is a beautiful place. There are also restaurants and shopping. In October, the big vacation season is already over, you should just take that into account. Some restaurants were therefore not open. We knew that and it didn't bother us. We enjoyed the quiet time by the sea. Communication was always very friendly and fast. Ivan had also given us a lot of great excursion suggestions that were very helpful. Beautiful stylishly furnished house in which you feel very comfortable . What we were missing was an oven, would be great in the outdoor kitchen. The photos do not make it so clear that you cannot walk directly into the sea from the property in front, as it is too shallow and gatschig. You have to walk about 100 meters along the road to jump into the water. The more beautiful bay with deeper water is 200 meters away. For quick cooling, we often jumped into the pool. With the Sup you can drive away from the property. Wonderful is the silence of the small place, and the shopping right on the farm. We had a lovely holiday in Zeljko's house.
