Monthly Rentals in Kondoros

The apartment is exactly how it comes across on the pictures. Really cozy place, you feel right at home. As its situated inside of the patio of the building its amazingly calm, i never heard anything which was super relaxing. Kitchen is well equipped, basic cooking supplies and even tea/coffee! The apartment is situated quite central in Szeged so everything is reachable by foot. Communication with Attila was super easy, he always replies fast and is very flexible. 10/10 can just recommend!

This was a perfect spot for walking to the town square and still close to the public transportation. The home was so comfortable and had everything I needed including a washer and dryer. I didn't use the parking but it is off street and secure. The building was quiet and I often returned after dark and felt very safe. There are outside patios as it is a first floor unit and they are in the courtyard so again, felt very safe and secure. I would stay here again! Wish I was planning a trip back already.

The apartment is in a nice easy to find place in a quiet and private part of the city. The city itself offers a lot of things to do so it's worth staying a couple of days, if you have the time. The apartment was clean and very nice. The host was very communicative and she provided a flexible check in and check out process.
