Great place to stay for a home away from home. Little things you may have forgot she has there. So thoughtful. Fridge had condiments, bread and a bottle of wine just like home! Kleio is always accessible. Helped me with Uber to get around the city. Her place is about 2 miles away from the heart of everything. An Uber ride there is about 5-7 Euros each way. Well worth it with all the walking to do at the Acropolis and Syntagma Square, So nice to come home after a day of exploring to the little outside garden have a glass of wine and reflect on the day. Felt very safe not only are the doors gorgeous they are like Fort Knox, felt very safe leaving our valuables behind as we explored! Would definitely stay again. Rhonda from Pensacola Florida

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

Comfortable and clean apartment!

Such a cosy apartment with a private entrance and own patio. I had a great sleep after my flight - the bed is very comfortable and the street is quiet. There are a few nice restaurants in a walkable distance. Acropolis hill is just here. A perfect stay in the heart of of Athens! 🥰

We had a wonderful stay in that little, very well renovated apartment. The garden with its view over Athens is unbeatable and the small room upstairs is very charming! The apartment has a lovely and well maintained atmosphere and offers a kitchen and bathroom with everything a family needs. Even binoculars! The bed downstairs maybe is a little small for two adults and the room has no air conditioning, which for october is fine but still a bit warm. The couch in the living room can be easily converted into a bed with a very firm mattress. We liked the area a lot, it’s quiet (though a primary school is next door) and we loved to sit on the terrace and enjoyed the view and the little garden! With metro and a little walk you can easily reach it after your adventures down in Athens! Gianni and his lovely mom gave us very warm welcome and showed us everything! Also he was very helpful with any questions we had. We recommend this home away from home and would definitely come back!

Lovely place in a quiet residential area of Athens. The place was clean and tidy, and we especially appreciated the extra blankets. Everything was as described, and the host was proactive and quick to respond to any questions. We'd love to stay here again, thank you for a great stay!

The apartment is beautiful, and accurately portrayed in the photos. The views from the rooftop patio are truly amazing. It’s close to lots of great restaurants within a very short walk, and the neighborhood is lively (but far enough away from the super tourist areas that it’s not too much). There is so much to do within walking distance, we rarely had to use the metro. The host was great, and there were lots of extra touches around the apartment (including a kitchen with proper pots, pans and utensils, not the super low end stuff you sometimes get at Airbnb places) that made our stay extra comfortable. The instructions were very helpful and clear for all the appliances in the apartment. Would absolutely recommend this place!

It was really nice to stay at Kosta's! The location is great - close to Psyri and in a walking distance from a lot of things to do. We didn't need to use public transportation at all, except upon arrival and depture. The house was cozy and welcoming and nice snacks were waiting for us in the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony was very cute. The upstairs neighbours were pretty noisy. Every days they played a lot of instruments and dragged a lot of furniture. On the weekend it was until very late at night and in the middle of the week until around 11 at night.

We loved staying at Iason’s place — it is a lovely oasis in the hustle and bustle of central Athens. The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated with antiques from Greece and beyond, and is wrapped by a huge, plant-filled balcony that is perfect for relaxing in the evenings. There are also lots of great bars, restaurants and outdoor cinemas near by, and Iason has written an excellent guide to the local area that will also give you sense of the city’s history. He is an especially kind and welcoming host; on arrival we were greeted with delicious pastries and iced tea and any questions we had throughout our one week stay were answered very quickly. If you’re coming to Athens and are tired of the cookie cutter aesthetic of built-for-Airbnb apartments, stay here!

What a great location! Everything we needed a walk away. Bed was sufficiently comfortable, which is important for my bad back. We did have some trouble with the internet, but to be fair to the host, we didn't contact her...we just went to one of the many local bars/restaurants that had free wifi and worked there. Always nice to have some drinks while having to work away from home on vacation! The apartment was as described, although I think the washer/dryer listed on amenities was actually just a washer. This was not a problem as we just hung clothes to dry overnight. Just mentioning for anyone planning ahead... We would totally stay here again. Great, communicative host who met us at the apartment to check us in, even after a considerable delay thanks to a luggage snafu that required a delay at the airport.

Beautiful terrace and large apartment in a residential yet super central location! Areas of improvement: the WiFi doesn’t work well so working from home can be tricky. A neighbor complained in a quite rude way for having on music on Saturday at 11pm… However, the place is beautiful and totally worthy!

This was one of my many visits to Athens, and staying at Athanasios’ places never disappoints. The view is stunning, the location is perfect, and the apartment is always spotless, well-designed, and equipped with everything you need. Athanasios is a great host, and I honestly wouldn’t stay anywhere else. By far the best place to stay in Athens and an excellent choice for anyone visiting.

Very good cooperation, there was courtesy, proper instructions, the house very clean, and that there was tidy, comfortable and large all its spaces. After we left I realized I forgot something, I let Nick know and he will send it to me. Very kind really. We will definitely go back to the same apartment.

Host was amazing. The apartment had everything you could need, and very clean and compact. The views were amazing and perfect to chill on one of the sun beds at the end of the evening. Quiet building and friendly neighbors. It was a pleasure and I hope to return soon.

I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout my stay. Laertis and Sofia went above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to the metro station, acropolis museum, Syntagma Square, Acropolis of Athens and so much more. Overall, i had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Laertis, and Sofia’s place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience!

The view from the space is amazing. It is very convenient to the historic center of Athens. Many restaurants and cafes are in walkable distance as well as the Athens metro. Christos was always available for any questions and very friendly! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying there again!

We were generally satisfied. Very pleasant communication with the hosts, unfortunately we did not meet them in person, but the co-host. And he showed us everything important in and around the apartment. Only downside, the apartment is on Riviera street and it was very noisy. If you don't want to close the windows and want to do without the air conditioning, then there will be restless nights. Everything else was great, bus, tram and beach as well as supermarkets are very close. The city center can be easily reached by bus and train. For a short city trip, this apartment and its owners are absolutely recommended.

This is the third time we stayed here. We love this apartment. Nothing beats the wonderful roof top terraces (there are two!). The neighborhood is the place to be. Great restaurants and bars. The metro is only a short walk away. Actually you can walk to many great attractions. We definitely got our steps in. Elena and Dimitrios are wonderful hosts. We highly recommend.

The place is perfect. Clean, in great shape, and close to convenience stores and metro. We had an amazing time in Athens and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

Everything is fine except the location still be considered a little far from the nearest metro station. The conditions and facilities in the flat should be rated in five-star, clean, well-organised and new. Love the time I stayed in.
