Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kolonaki, Athens

We visited Evelina‘s place over our Christmas vacation and had a great time. The apartment looks just like the pictures, it is very spacious and cozy, fully equipped and with very comfortable beds. Location is great, super close to the metro station and in close proximity to bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Will definitely return, thank you for everything Evelina.

First, the place is stunning. As shown in the photos, it’s an older building and the decor matches that well. The ceilings are quite high (12’?) and the unit is surprisingly sturdy - floors are solid and don’t creak, doors and windows work perfectly, sound insulation is good. Great location in an interesting neighbourhood, close to transit and restaurants. Christos was very friendly and welcoming. Overall an excellent choice.

Absolutely stunning neo-classical villa in the heart of the Plaka. Truly spectacular location, walk to the Parthenon and pretty much everything! The host is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She even provides an orientation to the area upon check-in. The villa has everything you could possibly need and is really beautiful. The roof top terrace and courtyard with a little grotto are a fun place to enjoy some private space in the very busy Plaka. Don’t hesitate, book this villa if it is available. You won’t regret it!

Marina's place is a treasure in the city, it is up on a small hill in a quite neighborhood. There are some great restaurants and small grocery stores nearby and public transport is close as well. The place has character, there are a variety of great books on shelves that add to the atmosphere to just unwind and relax with. Marina is also friendly and helpful. This was our first time to Athens so we are exploring around places to stay and neighborhoods in this great country, you will not go wrong staying in Marina's place. We plan on being repeat visitors.

Location was key for us and this property didn’t disappoint. We were minutes away from the Acropolis ( in fact my son visited every morning) as well as some beautiful little restaurants to the left and some more touristy ones to the right. No need to hire a car as you can do everything by foot. The beds were super comfy and beautifully clean as was the rest of the apartment. It was super quirky with a glassed courtyard in the centre- a beautiful design. Evelyn was so quick to respond to our questions and sorted out both transfers for us. We can’t recommend this apartment enough- a perfect find!!!

This apartment was the best. The host partner was at the airport during our arrival to check-in. It was in a great location of Athens and the team accommodated us with everything we needed including a couple extra hours after check-out for luggage storage. Thank you so much!!

Babis place was very comfortable, relaxing, and private. A few minute walk from the metro and super market. Lots of nearby restaurants for quick delivery service. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was spotless, it felt like home. It was Christmas season and on the kitchen table I was waiting for kourabiedes melomakarona and juice. It was quiet and warm. I had a very calm stay. I highly recommend it.

Pristine and clean upon our arrival and ideal for our long term stay to include all kitchen essentials to prepare any meals at home. This was one of the best equipped kitchens that we have stayed in! The bed was comfortable. Water pressure was great with plenty of hot water. WiFi was fast and consistently reliable with no outages. This was a perfect location - walkable to restaurants, groceries, mass transit, and the Acropolis. We were close to everything but our place was peaceful and quiet at the end of the day. The only issue would be several flights of stairs if one was mobility challenged. Host communication was fantastic. We appreciate when the host puts in so much time and effort to meet and exceed any expectations. We had to move during our stay because of a roof leak caused by severe rain and wind. Despite that - this was a great AirBnb experience and we would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed very much staying in Vana's apartment , she herself is very kind and generous , the flat is clean , wide , tidy and has all facilities , I would rehire the flat next time I visit Athens ,Thanks a lot Vana.

We had a very nice time in Barbara's apartment in Athens, everything was wonderfully accessible on foot, from the roof terrace you could see the Acropolis, many good restaurants were nearby. Barbara was always easily accessible and helped us with inquiries. I would recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to experience the old town on foot in Athens.

The flat is very well located and the view to the Acropolis is great.

Super friendly hosts and wonderful apartment

Had a nice arrival. Spacious house giving you a great deal of privacy with a family. The elevator therefore also makes it ideal for all ages. It is a quiet neighborhood but where there is plenty to do. Metro station you are a 5 minute drive to get to Athens.

My family of eight stayed at the residence. Great accommodations, good location and within easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Anna (host) was very friendly and very responsive when we needed assistance. The house is multi story with plenty of stairs, but it did have a lift for family members who could not navigate the stairs easily. Overall, it was a great location and house worked well for our family. Highly recommend if in need of a house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

We had a wonderful stay at Anta’s place. It is an easy 10min taxi or drive from the port, and it’s easy to walk back and forth to the town. The location is on a stunning part of the coast looking back towards Athens, with great beaches for swimming. We were met by Anta’s husband Antoni and he was incredibly hospitable and generous with his time. They both shared great recommendations to make the most of our time in Aegina. The house is spacious and well designed and worked really well with a group. Thank you

Nice home in a good neighbourhood

We were a group of 10 people - family and friends that needed an overnite stay close to the airport with privacy for 5 couples. We had a very relaxing - even though very short - night and were very happy with the accomodation. We highly recommend and everyone of our group would return with full confidence. Thank you!

Very comfortable place una good location and very responsive host. We had a great time.

We stayed at the villa for six days as a family of 11 and all had a truly fabulous time. The villa is new, spotless and beautifully designed with high end furnishing. The outdoor is stunning and the pool - a real gem. The owners thought of everything, including a pool for toddlers that is part of the main pool. The rooms are spacious and indulging and the views from the villa are spectacular. There are multiple dining areas for large crowds so you could spend one meal overlooking the beautiful pool and garden and the other - overlooking the adjacent sea. Lastly, the owner George, was 100% available for us - kind, generous and extremely responsive. Thank you for a wonderful and unforgettable stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been more convenient—everything we wanted to see and do was just a short walk or quick drive away. The hosts were absolutely amazing—super responsive and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations.
