The Apartment is located in a central part of Athens ( Paleo Faliro) on Syngrou Avenue, in a green apartment building. With special architecture and aesthetic value. Its surrounding green space is a reference point of rest and tranquility, ideal for children. It was completely renovated in 2024, where the space is dominated by traditional aesthetics, with an adaptation to today, to meet the needs of guests. Very close to MARRIOT Hotelsto Onassis, Rhea, Niarchos Foundation, Flisvos Marina.

The apartment is located just 5 minutes nearby the tram and the bus station that can take you quickly to the center of Athens and to the airport. It is also 5 minutes away from Rea hospital and Onasis cardiac surgery center. The location is in an awesome neighborhood with many interesting places around like the Marina Floisvos and the Stavros Niarchos foundation and of course the beach that is 5 minutes away on foot. The apartment is quiet and provides air condition, wifi and TV.
