Monthly Rentals in Koattagoda

We spent a month at the Palm Lanka, and it was an amazing experience. The place is beautiful, and the location is wonderfully calm. Suresh and Manel were fantastic; they made us delicious food every day. Suresh also organized trips for us to explore different parts of Sri Lanka. We were able to enjoy both the sunrise and sunset from the house, along with sightings of monkeys and birds. Our stay was incredible, and we would definitely go again.

The villas are very spacious and nice :) Everything went smooth and the host and crew were very forthcoming!

Jonas' villa was absolutely wonderful, exceeding our expectations and perfect for a family getaway. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome and were especially accommodating to our young children whilst the chef, and the food, was a real highlight - both western and local dishes, cooked fantastically. Would highly recommend this villa.
