Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Knox County

All amenities top shelf. The view is outstanding. Being there in mid October, the heated floors and gas log heater took off the night’s chill. Very private surroundings. Not too far from great restaurants and seafood stores. The Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch and we enjoyed listening to streamed music. TV’s were great and internet was fast.

The cottage is cozy, peaceful and comfortable place in the country. The hosts live next door and were extremely responsive when we had a question, but were otherwise "invisible". We felt we had total privacy as we were coming and going (and that has not always been the case with other stays). The cottage is a perfect place to explore the mid-coast area and we hope it is available when we return to the area next year follow up on some of activities we didn't have time to get to during this visit. George provided us some great hiking trail recommendations. We really appreciated the limited and reasonable departure requirements.

We stayed at the SEAsonal Serenity Cottage for a very special Thanksgiving where we celebrated with my son-in-law, who serves in the Coast Guard in Rockland. It was also my granddaughter’s first Thanksgiving! We had such a wonderful stay. The cottage has breathtaking views, modern amenities, and it was spotless upon arrival. Kathy clearly put thought into designing a space for families to really spend time together and connect. It is a quick walk to the beach, easy drive to restaurants, shopping and more.

We had stayed here two years ago, and the place looked every bit as pristine, fresh and new as it was then. So much space with the large living/dining/kitchen area and the three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, even though it looks so tiny from the outside! Gretchen and Mark were so helpful and available. When the weather gods decided to dump 5 inches of heavy wet (and completely unpredicted) snow on us, they message us to be sure we were OK and didn’t need to go out again that evening, and they were there clearing the driveway and the front steps just as we were getting up the next morning. We just love the property and the views.

The round house was so beautiful quiet and cozy! I wished we booked more days. Watching the birds at the feeders and fall leaves through the living room windows was amazing. Driving distance to multiple cute towns and trails. We would love to come back to Maine very soon.

As described! Located right behind Farnsworth Museum and walking distance to Main St. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Rosemary was very prompt in responding to questions. We had total privacy with easy parking. Nice upper deck for breakfast and a sitting area in the yard below. Main bed was super comfy. There’s a daybed in living room. (However, the daybed mattress may not be comfy for an adult.)

My wife and I planned a last minute trip to Camden, Maine and a lot of the best Inns were already sold out. We were also traveling with a toddler so having her share a room with us is less than ideal. Fortunately my wife suggested we check out airbnb and we found this awesome option. Compared to the inns it was very affordable and we got an awesome, comfy and huge space to ourselves with a second bedroom and it’s right next to the Main Street. If you are looking for a prime location in Camden it doesn’t get much better than this. It also came stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen to make it feel like home.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The apartment was perfect for my husband and I , comfortable with lots of extra, thoughtful touches. Location was perfect as well, under 2 hours to drive to Acadia, but Camden area was great too! Catherine is the best Airbnb host I have ever worked with, responsive, helpful and kind. Thank you Catherine for making our first trip to Maine so good!

Great spot in Owl's Head. Super quiet and has a nice dedicated parking spot. Blue door makes it easy to spot, but be aware because Google maps seems to want to take you past the house. The kitchen was well stocked and the living space is comfortable. Would love to have an ottoman for the chairs (I'm a little short) but no real complaints. You can hear the ocean sometimes and the neighbors are friendly. Had a great stay.

What a cozy, beautifully furnished and decorated space. A lot of thought went into making guests feel they’re staying somewhere very special. We certainly did. The second floor apartment with its spacious deck had a view of the ocean and some spectacular sunrises. This was our first visit to Maine and we wanted somewhere central on the coast, like Owl’s Head. It was a good base to explore from. And there was lots to do close by. We were especially pleased to discover the Bernard Langlais art preserve only a few miles away. Rockland is ten minutes away and has a lot of great places to eat.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy studio apartment in Camden. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the town center, the harbor, and a variety of restaurants and shops. The beautiful library and other local amenities are close by, making it easy to explore everything Camden has to offer. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with convenient parking available on a side street away from any busy traffic. Inside, the apartment is charming and comfortable. The gas stove adds a warm, inviting touch, and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is surprisingly spacious for a studio and well-equipped. Overall, this apartment was the perfect spot for a relaxing and convenient stay. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the hospitality room. It was great to arrive and use the room for hot drinks and snacks that were free. It was good to sit down there after our long trip and relax before heading up to our room. I also enjoyed meeting the manager and cleaner. It gave it a personal touch. The location was very convenient because there was an open restaurant next door.

My partner and I have been staying at Penelope's place now for 4 years and we're always so happy to be there. The views truly are breathtaking, and the apartment is so cozy! Penelope is an absolute treasure of a human being as well. This is a hidden gem in Rockport and you owe it to yourself to stay there!
